Dirty hotel

when we arrived at the reception 1st day no one said Ola or hello wich is very rude, no details no nothing speechless. The hotel is veryy dirty they don’t clean or change the beds and towels once in 3 days. We decide to stay from morning to evening round Puerto Rico, Mogan amazing place because we didn’t want to spend time at the dirty hotel

Cala Nova is in a great position, the reception staff are very helpful and polite. TV viewing card initially didn't but was promptly sorted. Only downside I would say is no microwave, which could be handy if needed. Overall great place to stay and definitely stay there again.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Stor balkong med gode solforhold for oss som liker sol på ettermiddagen. Kort dusjvegg, så det blir noe vann på gulvet når man dusjer. Hard seng, men det ble ordnet ekstra madrass etter fem minutter da jeg spurte om det. En ordentlig overmadrass ville vært et stort pluss.

Är åttonde gången som vi semestrar där. Hotellet har bara blivit fräschare för varje gång. Alltid städat och fint samt att pentry med alla hjälpmedel också är fräscha. Enda som är negativt är dom hårda kuddarna. Något som skulle ge lite mer premiumkänsla är om det fanns ett par solsängar på den stora altanen.

Fantastisk ferie.

Fantastisk ophold. De ydede rigtig god service hele vejen igennem. Der blev gjort rent dagligt, og alt stod fejlfrit. Værelserne havde en god størrelse, og balkonen vi havde havde god plads til os alle sammen, samt en fantastisk udsigt over Puerto Rico by og vandet.

Stor og fin balkong . Renhold reagerte vi på, vi måtte kjøpe oppvaskmiddel og børste til oppvasken . Vi måtte vaske opp selv , lite bemanning på hotellet, ellers var det veldig koselig ferie
