Lovely comfortably furnished house with large terraces in the immediate proximity of the beach at the popular holiday resort of Arguineguin. The accommodation is in a quiet location and has private parking. The house has a spacious open living area and a kitchen equipped with every comfort, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big, private terraces with wonderful sea views. 



The complex offers a swimming pool, supermarket, café/bar and a sportsground. The most beautiful beach of Gran Canaria, Anfi del Mar beach with caribbean sand and many shops, restaurants, gym etc. are nearby and can be used by the public.

Relaxing in the sun

We have just returned from a week at this property and had a lovely relaxing time. There were a couple of minor issues, but Saskia was very quick to respond and the property is now undergoing refurbishment so will be even better. The outside decked area was perfect for lounging in the sun reading, which was the main reason for going and my husband and friend had a great time pedalling in the mountains.

Amazing stay, brilliant host!!

We really enjoyed our time at this place. Saskia was amazing and catered to our needs and prompt with our questions. All the amenities and appliances were modern and well positioned. The highlight was the outdoor bar-top and upstairs deck to view the sunset. Highly recommended and will stay again!!

Tolle, sehr freundliche Vermieter! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und sauber. 2 tolle Terrassen eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Nicht zu vergessen: gute Betten 😃
