Fantastic duplex with three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, with 100 m2 of private terrace in residential complex very close to shopping areas and beaches. It has a private parking space included in the price. A few meters away there is a supermarket with delivery service at home. The complex has a solarium and swimming pool, although it is not heated in winter. The duplex is fully equipped with washer and dryer. It has wiffi and a sofa bed in the living room. It has beautiful views.
Puerto Rico, is one of the tourist areas of the south of Gran Canaria, one of the places of better climatology at world-wide level as much in winter as in summer.
Fantastic Duplex in Las Brisas Residential complex in Puerto Rico. You have two double bedrooms and a single room, two bathrooms and a big living room with sofa bed. Kitchen is full equipped, washer and dry is also available. Spectacular 100 m2 sunny terrace and nice views. Private parking is also included in the building. Commercial area and supermarket are so close. Two quiet beaches are some minutes from the house. There is a big swimming pool and terrace but it is not heated in winter

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön zentral. Von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge starten, zumal die Schnellstrasse in ein paar Minuten erreichbar ist. Auch Puerto Rico ist fussläufig durch eine Treppe in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein guter und preiswerter Supermarkt. Doch jetzt zur Wohnung selbst. Der erste Eindruck war enttäuschend. Das zweite Doppelschlafzimmer ist sehr dunkel, da keine direkte Lichteinstrahlung. Im unteren Bad ist ein Duschen unmöglich. Die Duschwanne ist sehr flach und der Vorhang zu kurz, das heißt, durch das Duschwasser wird das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Wir mussten uns zu viert daher das obere Bad teilen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt Wünsche offen. Die Bratpfannen waren unbrauchbar. Auch die Kochtöpfe müssen erneuert werden. Der Parkplatz ist nur für kleinere Autos geeignet.
