I dreamed about holidays on the Atlantic Coast, in the heart of a family village.

I dreamed of being able to take part in this magazine life, while strolling in the sand of postcard-like beaches.

I dreamed of taking a bike in the heart of an extraordinary preserved forest with only cicadas that sing, the waves dancing and the accents that go around ...

In my dream, I could both bask in the sun on a sandy beach and practice canoeing in the current Huchet. All is allowed: golf, surfing, horse riding, mountain biking, tree climbing ...
I could finish my hectic day around a plate of seafood and finally go to rest in a calm bed in quality.

It was at the corner of a subdivision, between sea and pine forest, that I had discovered this house. A new air-conditioned building combining modern and refined decoration that contrasted with the secularity of the place.

And then I woke up ...
And we were all there in the jacuzzi. The children were playing on the field.
Because this amazing house can accommodate all my family, or my friends, in its 89m2.
It consists of four rooms.
We enter it by a spacious and convivial living room overlooking a modern and equipped kitchen. All the picture windows give the impression of being in the garden.

It is crossing this first room that we access to the master suite with a large walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms, one arranged for children.

The outdoor area is embellished with a large sheltered terrace with, on the side of the house a Jacuzzi to relax and enjoy his holidays.
A charcoal grill is available.

In short, the dream home for a holiday ...

Belle location, le spa on connaissait pas c’est top après une grosse journée plage. Avec un chien il y a de très belle balade à faire autour.

Optimale Lage zwischen Wald und Strand

Super Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, ca. 5 Minuten Autofahrt vom Strand und nur eine Gehminute vom Radweg entfernt. Geräumiges Reihenendhaus; Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend. An heißen Tagen war die Klimaanlage super! Wir konnten prima im nahe gelegenen Wald mit unserem Hund spazieren gehen.

Flitterwoche in Moliets-et-Maa

Unsere Anreise aus Nordrhein-Westfalen hat sich etwas langwieriger gestaltet als gewohnt. Jedoch wurden wir weit nach Check-in Zeit ❤️-lich begrüßt und durch das wunderschöne Haus geführt. Ein kleines Hochzeitsgeschenk erwartete uns ebenfalls. Danke nochmal dafür! 🤗 Nun zum Haus: da wir als Paar mit einem 7 Monate alten Ridgeback Rüden angereist sind, haben wir nur das Erdgeschoss des 2-stöckigen Hauses genutzt. Hier findet sich das Wc direkt am Eingang, der große Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie die Küche, ein Abstellraum und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Ensuite und direktem Zugang zum Garten mit Blick auf den Jakuzzi. Auch die Wohnküche hatte direkten zweifachen Zugang zum Garten. Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit und Bequemlichkeit hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal in einer ruhigen Neubausiedlung (der Neubau eines Hauses und damit verbundene Baugeräusche in der Nähe haben kaum gestört) mit einer Fahrzeit von 5-10 Minuten zum Strand von Moliets-et-Maa. Geschäfte, Supermarkt und Tankstelle sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Spaziergänge mit dem Hund waren in der Umgebung leider durch starken Fahrradverkehr getrübt. Angeleint ist dies aber kein Problem, da in Frankreich eh eine Leinenpflicht besteht- auch wenn die Franzosen das sehr viel lockerer sehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und denken mit Freude an unsere Flitterwoche zurück! Der Jakuzzi wurde oft und gerne genutzt. 🥰 Danke von M&M

Très bon séjour

La maison est neuve, très agréable, confortable et très propre. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir prendre notre chien avec nous pour ces vacances. Le quartier est paisible. La plage et le supermarché sont à proximité en voiture. Nous recommandons cette location.

Neues Haus nur 3,5 km vom Strand entfernt mit super Fahrradanbindung

Wir waren die ersten Bewohner in diesem Neubau. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man wenig mit, allerdings hat das Mittelhaus einen Pool und dieses "nur" einen Jacuzzi. Ausstattung inkl. Handtücher, Laken usw. und auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Würden wieder hinfahren.
