Arrived without greeting, in fact all lights were off at the front desk (10:30 pm). Entered room and the smoke detector/fire alarm was removed and non existent. Shampoo bottle was empty, no hand soap and crumbs on the couch. Mattress needs to be replaced, springs were felt all night long. Breakfast- cold potato wedges and apple juice was out. Went to check out, no one was in sight. Lights off at front desk and the gathering tables. It’s a bummer, we are in the area often but I don’t feel like they were very welcoming of their guests.

It was really clean, I only had something to eat, put my pj's on and when I pulled the blankets down there was a bed bug crawling across the mattress. Changed, got my things, and left. The manager said he would cancel on his end so I would be refunded.

Average hotel. Some things look kept up, others need work. Mattress was fair, I slept okay, wife couldn't sleep in it. Bathroom area looks pretty good and kept up, the room door needs to be planed on the bottom as it hung up on the carpet and had to be pulled/pushed shut. The room ceiling showed signs of a previous water leak from above (probably from jetted tub). The lobby stair railings need a coat of paint. Breakfast was okay, Doesn't appear bread (toast) was a fast mover because of the condensation on the inside of the ziploc bag the bread was in. Only had contact with two staff members, both were very nice.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good. The room, though tired with very stained rug, was clean. We’ve stayed a couple of times at this property and it could use a facelift. It seems old and unloved.

I have stayed at this location for years, and have always been satisfied with the rate, quality of the room and the included breakfast service. I have noticed lately, however, that the breakfast quality has diminished, and this last stay the room was not up to their regular standards. The carpet was dirty, the room curtains were broken and the shower head was broken - not what I usually get staying here. I hope this was a one-off stay, and will see what happens next time.

Our rooms are always spotless, the rooms are large and very comfortable, the pool is clean & water temp is just right and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson are always our go to.

Terrible stay. I read the reviews and was hopeful. Our hotel room was disgusting. Smelled old and musty. Rundown. Like the room had seen better days. The carpet was filthy. Upholstery ripped on the chairs, mold in the freezer, curtains torn etc. On top of it all the bed itself was hard as a rock. The pillows were tiny and paper thin. Neither my son or I got a good nights rest. When we requested to check out a day early the front desk Manager was less than understanding. Albeit he offered to put us in a different room that wouldn’t have mattered as all the beds are the same. And breakfast was gross. Not much to offer other than sugary cereal and chewy granola bars. This hotel did not deserve its 8+ rating. And will not trust booking on hotels.com in the future.
