About this property
Renovated Farmhouse in Piedmonte hills with private pool
We bought this dilapidated 150 year old farmhouse and started renovating it as a home for our family a few years ago. The property is completely independent without any neighbours in view, providing a beautiful view and setting within 3 acres of land and gardens. This is the calm and quiet haven to relax in absolute comfort and serenity. We have a main section with master bedroom ensuite with bathroom and separate office, this master bedroom has a large terrace giving views over the swimming pool and hills. There is another second large bedroom ideal for children with a separate WC on the landing. On the ground floor we have an open plan kitchen in solid wood with a dining and lounge area. There is another room which serves as laundry room and extra bathroom. The ground floor terrace looks onto the poolside giving you the early morning sun. The pool is a 12X5 metre and is in front of the house. We have a barbecue and trampoline as well. Guests will have access and use of the main building and will enjoy exclusive private use of the pool and gardens. We may stay occasionally in the barn which is on the opposite side of the courtyard but leave the guests all the privacy they need.
