The staff were wonderful the chap that checked me in was amazing (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). The driver and all the reception staff were great. But the real star was Beverley in the spa. Arrived to the hotel smelling like sewage, especially in the elevator. Aircon barely worked and kept turning off, throughout the night it made a noise like an airplane was taking off. The blackout curtain is there but doesn’t fit the window so light pours in still. There was dried blood stain on my sheets and we got food pounding from the Indian restaurant. Lastly for some reason the hotel was playing loud party music in the hallway where our room was - had to ring them and ask them to turn it off as we were sleeping. The gym is well equipped and nice but again the aircon was so weak it was like a sauna working out in there.
