I visited Wells Villa on a work trip for one night. On checking out, the receptionist said she could not print a receipt at that time but promised to email to me the same day. Despite several polite follow-ups via email and telephone, one week later I have still not received a receipt. And now, the receptionist is avoiding answering her phone. Very unprofessional.

Steps from the Beach with Great Ocean View Bar

Wells Villa offered me great service during a business conference. It is next door to the White Sands Resort. Both are on Bamburi Beach and as long as you don’t mind beach vendors or ghost crabs, you will enjoy the ocean views! Wells Villa has a nice restaurant and two bars—upper bar with great view. Swimming pool looked nice although I didn’t have time to use it. Rooms were very clean, business focused, with nice toiletries and hot water! Priscella was very helpful. My only complaint is they charged me $10 for my lost room key without telling me to take close care of it—it was a cheap swipe card. Still I would stay here again for sure if business takes me to this part of Mombasa.

Amazing stay, excellent service

The hotel is in great condition and at an excellent quality to price ratio. Spent a few days over there and the overall attention was great! Would strongly recommend it. A short walk to the beach.
