very quiet, comfortable, summer kitchen with wood oven in front of the swimming pool, automatic watering, in the countryside, 15 km from the beach and Nice. renovated house, 25 minutes from the sea (Villefranche sur mer) and 45 minutes from the high mountains (peira cava 1600 m)
Half an hour from Nice airport or sncf train station, come and enjoy the mild climate of Nice, the proximity of Nice but also of Monaco, Menton, Cannes and nearby Italy!
For athletes, you can from the house go jogging or mountain biking in the great outdoors, moreover the house is now equipped with a 40 m2 fitness room with treadmill, elliptical trainer, bicycle and rower.
For the others the house lends itself well to a good aperitif too;)
You will also have the joy of eating fresh eggs laid by our adorable chickens every day.

Das Anwesen liegt ziemlich weit oben am Berg. Toller Ausblick, immer ein "Lüftchen" und ein absolut tolles Grundstück mit sehr vielen und alten Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist klasse und der Eigentümer ist extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Regelmäßige Poolpflege und nette Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Nizza liegt gut 15 Minuten entfernt und bis nach Monaco haben wir auf Grund des Verkehrs grob 30 Minuten gebraucht, auch wenn es nicht weit ist.Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.Danke Yann!

Mooi huis met heerlijk zwembad

We werden welkom geheten door Yann,een zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Hij heeft ons een rondleiding gegeven door het mooie huis. Twee keer in de week komt hij langs voor onderhoud van het zwembad. Als er iets was, was hij beschikbaar, we hoefden maar te bellen. Enig puntje van aandacht: in de douche en keuken zijn sommige voegen/ afkitranden aan vervanging toe. Dit zou het geheel meteen een stuk opfrissen. Dit is echter niet bedoeld als kritiek want we hebben genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Heel veel dank. We were welcomed by Yann, a very friendly host. He gave us a tour of the beautiful house. Twice a week he comes by for maintenance of the pool. If there was anything he was available, we just had to call. Only point of attention: in the shower and kitchen some joints / sealing edges need to be replaced. This would instantly freshen things up a bit. However, this is not intended as a criticism because we enjoyed the house and the area. Many thanks!

Silence et amabilité par excellence

Si vous voulez passer des vacances tranquilles et relaxantes dans l'isolement "sur les toits de Nice", vous êtes au bon endroit. La maison est pratique et bien équipée et meublée et très confortable. La piscine est tout aussi propre et bien entretenue. Il est particulièrement intéressant de mentionner le propriétaire extrêmement sympathique et serviable. J'espère que ce n'était pas notre dernier séjour dans cette belle maison. . . :-)))

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, ruhige Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und ruhig in den Bergen gelegen. Das Grundstück ist riesig, der Pool sehr erfrischend. Durch den umzäunten Garten auch für unseren Hund toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten schöne und erholsame Ferien

Nous avons une très bonne semaine dans cette maison en famille, tous le monde à pu profiter de tous ce qu'offre la maison et les alentours. Le calme de la piscine, les randonnées quasiment au départ de la maison et le centre ville très proche, où l'on trouve tous ce que l'on veut. La maison est conforme en tous points à la description.

Superbe maison

Maison qui offre des possibilités maximales pour se retrouver en famille, se divertir ensemble et/ou individuellement. Les équipements sont variés et géniaux pour les enfants et les adultes. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible à nos diverses questions. Nous le remercions. Juste un conseil à de futurs locataires : nous déconseillons de monter à la location et camping car (le nôtre -de 7m- a un peu souffert à la montée)

Très beau séjour dans l'arrière pays niçois !

Magnifique point de vue au calme dans une villa tout confort. Le matelas est un peu dur mais cela reste une appréciation personnelle (dur pour nous mais peut-être adéquat pour d'autres :). La villa est superbe et exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce. Le village en bas de la colline (5min en voiture) dispose de l'ensemble des commerces nécessaires: supermarché, boucherie, boulangerie, bar tabac, centre médical, magasin de produits bio. Nice est à 10 min en voiture et Nice-centre (Vieux Nice) à 20 min, Monaco à 30 min (via A8) et Menton à 35 min (via A8) Mr De Nale est vraiment à l'écoute et se rend disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons très fortement cette location !

Superbe maison pour des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Yann. Elle ne manquait de rien ! Lave vaisselle, grand frigo, machine à laver... Les chambres et la salle de bain sont agréables et il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde. Le cadre était parfait entre la piscine au soleil, le patio ombragé et la vue depuis la piscine et la terrasse. De plus, un bus démarrant à 10min de la maison nous a permis d'aller jusqu'à Nice en 25min plusieurs fois. Nous avons pu facilement rayonner à partir de Nice vers Villefranche, Monaco,...De très belles vacances ! Merci

Détente dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, villa superbe fonctionnelle sur un beau terrain ou petits et grands jouons pétanque, baby , jeux flechette, et piscine ... Soirée barbecue sur terrasse avec cuisine d'été juste génial au bord de piscine vue sur montagne. En sous sol salle de sport , matériels de qualités. Je recommande cette villa , proche Nice Menton , Saint paul de vence et merci à Yann le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et indication sur les villages à visiter , et activités aux alentours.

Très beau séjour dans une très agréable maison !

Quel plaisir de se reposer au bord de la piscine au milieu des oliviers centenaires, bercés par le chant des cigales ! En bordure d'une forêt domaniale (idéale pour le jogging ou le VTT), c'est le calme garanti. Les enfants sont tranquilles à jouer tantôt dans la piscine, tantôt dans le trampoline, quand ils ne jouent pas au ping-pong ou à marquer quelques buts dans les cages ou sur le panier de basket. Sinon, ils explorent avec curiosité le potager ou le poulailler. Pour les adultes, le solarium permet de se reposer sur des transats confortables, le boulodrome ombragé de s'adonner au sport local et l'équipement barbecue de se régaler en terrasse. Assurément le gros point fort de cette maison est son extérieur : on vit dehors au soleil (ou à l'ombre) toute la journée. Seul bémol : les moustiques nombreux dans la région, équipez-vous ! Rien à dire sur l'intérieur, conforme aux photos. Nous avons bien apprécié la disponibilité du propriétaire (respectueux et pas envahissant pour autant) pour les quelques broutilles dont nous avions besoin. A 10 min de l'A8, c'est un bon point de base pour découvrir Nice (20min), Menton (35-40 min), Monaco ( 30-35 min) et le reste de la région. Il est probable que nous y retournions dans les années à venir !

Erholung pur, geräumiges Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das große Grundstück hat vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und bietet auch den Erwachsenen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeit. Hervorzuheben ist die Zugangssicherung zum Pool, die von Kindern nicht zu überwinden ist und eine automatische Überwachungsfunktion des Pools, die aktiviert wird, wenn unbeabsichtigt Wellen im Wasser erkannt werden. Die komplett ausgestattete "Sommerküche" (Kühlschrank, Herd, Spülmaschine, Grill und Backofen) bietet eine großzügige beschattete, gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit für Bewohner und ggf. einige Gäste. Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Insgesamt: Sehr empfehlenswert.
