The terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun and relax while enjoying this exceptional panorama, or take a dip in the shared swimming pool. This approximately 65m² air-conditioned apartment faces south and comprises an entrance hall with storage, a spacious living room with a dining table, a 140x190cm sofa bed and a TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large American-style fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a conventional oven and a hob, opening onto the approximately 50m² terrace. There is one air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
