Very nice Menton house 110 m2, 10 minutes from the sea and shops, in
Quietly located 10 minutes from the sea and all the shops, in a very wooded environment 12 minutes from the historic city center. Good compromise between the isolated countryside and the noisy urban center.
Private parking for 2 vehicles. Garden 2000 m2 around the house with mainly citrus (sweet and bitter orange, kumquats and lemon) but also apricot, almond, fig and beautiful bamboo bringing its freshness in summer. Presence of a large, fully screened watering basin.
The interior was completely redone 2 years ago.
2 bedrooms each with a double bed. 1 bathroom with shower. Very bright living room. American kitchen equipped. Veranda and terrace very pleasant without vis-à-vis. Outdoor shower.
Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, yogurt maker, steam iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, TV, CD and DVD player, WIFI.
Essential items in the cupboards: coffee, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil from the hinterland and vinegar + 1 bottle of orange wine in the fridge ... consume with moderation!
I leave in the state in the libraries, all my books, to read of course without moderation if you wish it.
Far from the summer tumult of the seaside, it is good to meet after a good swim, a walk on the surrounding peaks or the way of customs to Monte Carlo, in this little haven of peace ...
We are 20 minutes from Monaco, half an hour from Nice, border with Italian Liguria, the hinterland is beautiful and cultural activities abound in this beautiful region.
