Breakfast was excellent all round. Staff were great, more than ample choice of cereal, juices and hot food. Toaster was a bit slow! Only disappointment of whole stay was the evening meal menu - could not buy a steak or a schnitzel! Limited choice - we didn't go back the second night. Up market fine dining not really our cup of tea! Some more basic options would have been better.

We were particularly impressed with the hotel staff, who were obviously very well trained in hospitality, and with the cleanliness of our room. The restaurant and breakfast food was good. Best of all was the twilight safari operated by Monarto Safari Park staff. Our biggest suggestion for improving the resort experience is that the car park is moved to the side of the hotel so that people with rooms facing the car park have something more attractive to see. We also suggest that walking tracks around the hotel are constructed. It’s a wonderful environment for walks.

From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty. Everyone did everything to make our stay amazing. Waterhole view room was an absolute treat seeing the animals go for a drink at their pleasure. The restaurant was great and buffet breakfast was perfect with real coffee included. Can’t believe we have this amazing park 40 mins from the city of Adelaide, we will be back.

The web site photos do justice for what to expect. As soon as you walk in the staff are warm and wanting to help you. The Amenities were clean and modern. We also toured the Monarto Zoo which was another highlight of our trip. Do yourself a favour and enjoy this wonderful place and experience.
