Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Accueil plus que mitigé, le réceptionniste m'a indiqué qu'il n'avait pas reçu la réservation, et il m'a demandé de lui renvoyer par mail. Ce que j'ai fait. Je pensais qu'il était sur son ordinateur dans le bureau à côté pour imprimer la réservation que je lui avais envoyée, que nenni, il fumait tranquillement sa cigarette, et moi j'attendais au comptoir… Lorsqu'il a terminé, il est revenu vers moi en me disant que c'était OK, et il m'a donné une chambre. Dans la chambre, le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas. Mais c'est un détail à côté des toilettes qui étaient littéralement dégoûtantes, avec des traces multiples et variées des précédents occupants. Pourtant ils avaient quand même cru bon de mettre sur l'abattant fermé l'étiquette attestant de la désinfection… C'est ce qu'ils se sont contentés de faire en lieu et place du ménage. J'ai évidemment rappelé immédiatement un membre du personnel qui passait dans le couloir pour lui signifier mon mécontentement. Presque forcés, ils sont revenus avec une femme de ménage pour procéder à un rapide nettoyage des toilettes… Que je n'ai du coup pas voulu utiliser pendant mon cours séjour de nuit, ni même la salle de bain qui était infestée de petites mouches. En conclusion. Une des pires expériences que j'ai connue en Tunisie, j'avais choisi cet hôtel car j'avais raté mon avion et que j'en prenais un lendemain, j'ai été bien puni pour le coup !
