Nice quiet little house for up to 5 people with its own sauna.
It is an open house. The house has only doors to the bathroom and the sauna.
On the ground floor there is an alcove with a double bed and a single bed. In the upper part of the house there are further sleeping possibilities.

The Vineta house is located in the small fishing village of Klein Zicker on the island of Rügen.
In the middle of the village, in the Dörpstrat, you can enjoy the various apartments and houses. The pebble beach is only 100 m away on foot. The sound of the sea accompanies you. Forget all the stress and enjoy the amenities of the vacation. Here we support you u. a. with the bread delivery service.

The large garden plot invites you to enjoy nature and offers you the opportunity for a close stay based on your vacation and holiday accommodation. Barbecue in the garden is possible on the barbecue areas. Several beach chairs, spread out on our property, give the lake additional flair. Auszeit vom Trubel der Großstadt

Klein-Zicker liegt praktisch am Ende der Insel. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir als Famlie aus dem Berliner Speckgürtel mit 2 Kindern sehr genossen haben. Die Busanbindung ist für Tagesausflüge ok, man sollte jedoch etwas vorplanen. Zur Fewo: Die Treppe zu den oberen Schlafplätzen ist etwas steiler, als wir es auf den Bildern erkennen konnten (liegt aber eher an der Perspektive). Daher war für die Tochter (knapp 2 J.) der obere Bereich eher nichts. Ab 3 J. sollte das aber gehen. Der Schlafbereich unten ist auch sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten uns aufgrund der Bodenbetten unter dem Dach für dieses Objekt entschieden. Sauna wurde ausgetestet, zu mehr aus Zeitgründen leider nicht gekommen. Alles Notwendige vorhanden. Kontakt mit dem Anbieter der Fewo gut, freundlich und persönlich. Wir planen, wiederzukommen. :-)

Viel kleineres Ferienhaus und zum Verweilen nicht nutzbares Außengelände - NICHT wie Inserat

Der Gesamteindruck des Objektes ist sehr enttäuschend, da das Objekt nicht wie im Inserat dargestellt vorhanden ist und wir es somit nicht wie geplant nutzen konnten (kein Frühstück im Garten, kein Grillen am Abend). Die Wohnfläche ist mit 46 qm im Inserat angegeben --> reale Größe im EG ca. 25 qm + 4 qm Bad und das OG hat ca. 4 qm Grundfläche mit einer Stehhöhe 1,70 m (Drempel ca. 50 cm) und einer Schlaffläche von ca. 8 qm mit Stehhöhe 1 m (Drempel nicht vorhanden) ohne eine Lüftungsmöglichkeit, somit im Sommer vollkommen ungeeignet zum Schlafen. Die Sauna mit ca. 8 qm ist wahrscheinlich in die Wohnfläche eingerechnet. Gegenüber dem Herd (ca. 1,50 m Abstand) befindet sich eine Schlafnische mit Doppelbett, welches jedoch nur an einer Seite einen Einstieg hat und durch die Nischenlage schlecht zu belüften ist. Im ganzen Haus befindet sich kein Schrank, nur ein Hängeregal aus Stoff mit 6 Fächern. Das Bad ist neben einer großen Dusche nur mit kleinem Handwaschbecken (30 cm) ausgestattet. Der Blick aus den beiden Fenstern des Objektes ist nicht schön, da vor dem einen Fenster direkt im Abstand von max. 1,50 m die Autos parken und man durch die niedrige Lage der Fenster direkt auf die Kühler- und Motorhauben der Autos schaut. Beim Blick aus dem anderen Fenster schaut man direkt auf die Wäschespinne, die natürlich von den Feriengästen und Vermietern immer genutzt und somit beladen ist. Im Außengelände sind keinen Strandkörbe wie im Inserat angegeben vorhanden, sondern lediglich 5 Hängematten (davon 1 gebrochen). Der Eingang zum Haus ist relativ zugewachsen und der ungepflegte Garten lädt leider überhaupt nicht zum Sitzen ein. Es gibt 2 Grillplätze, die ebenfalls nicht zum Grillen einladen, da diese ungepflegt und unsauber sind. Das im Inserat angegebenen WLAN ist nur im Bad relativ stabil nutzbar, ansonsten extrem schwach und somit nicht nutzbar, obwohl es extra berechnet wird. Positiv zu bewerten ist die Lage des Objektes, da es sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand befindet.

Fantastisches Haus

Sehr schönes Haus, nicht für 2 Pärchen geeignet aufgrund fehlender Türen (komplett offen). Die Sauna war in Dauernutzung - absolut top! Nette Kontaktperson, die Wohnung hätte einen Tick sauberer sein können, aber der Gesamteindruck war bei allen ausgesprochen Positiv! Wir würden wieder buchen! Tipp: Nach Baabe an den Strand fahren, im Umkreis von 15 Minuten Fußweg ist kein Sandstrand.

Erholung pur, schön ruhig, alles sauber

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles sauber, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben sich immer gekümmert und waren sehr sehr angenehm. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr erholt und die Sauna hat zusätzlich zur absoluten Entspannung beigetragen. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit ruhigem Gewissen absolut weiterempfehlen.
