It was hard to move around the room because there was way too much furniture crammed into the room. The furniture was very uncomfortable and was miss matched. It looked like it came from a thrift shop. Extension cords were used to plug in TV, portable air conditioner, lights, etc. The shared kitchen looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The room had a funky musty smell. I do not recommend staying at this property.

The room and corridors were smelly, it had a very pungent smell. The headboard of the bed was broken. Not asking for very fancy amenities but at least they can try to keep everything clean and less smelly.

We were delayed by traffic driving from Quebec to Moncton, NB. Also forgot that therewas a time zone changed which resulted in arriving very late. Called the property to inform of our late arrival. The owner was very accommodating & waited for our late arrival, around 11:00 pm. .

The accommodations were in an old historical house. Greeted warmly by the owner Gloria upon our arrival we found the space perfect for our group. Two bedroom apartment in the attic is what we booked. Totally exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

This was a late booking because of a cancellation so it can be a toss up. When we arrived the parking at the office was limited and very tight. There were signs indicating we should use the side door, but we couldn't find the side door. I tried the front door which was locked but that brought the owner out and he let us in. The office is his kitchen and living room. Not a great start. After registering he led us up the street to the actual rental property, which was a lovely residential house with a driveway. There was some confusion about the parking facilities but after that was sorted out everything was great. The bed was comfortable and nicely air conditioned. The bathroom was not an ensuite was it was clean and functional. We didn't take the opportunity to nose around the neighbourhood but at all but it seemed safe and secure. While the welcome area and office parking are not great and could be a put off for anyone checking it, the actual room and rental space is great and the couple who run this place a lovely. For the price it's solid.

I would not recommend booking this property. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was hair all over the tub and in the towels and there was urine on the toilet! When we complained and asked to cancel our room the owners yelled at us and said we were not getting our money back. I would never book this property!

Room was lovely. Wasn't expecting it to be in a separate house next door nor for the 3 bedrooms sharing a kitchen. Breakfast provided for us by Gloria & her husband was delicious. Nice couple.
