Gorgeous views in lovely house

The house is as lovely as it looks in the photos. It has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The views were spectacular overlooking the sea and mountains. The hosts are available and friendly and even though it is attached to another vacation house they have made it easy for all with separate parking and entrances so you feel like you are in a private place. You definitely need a car in this area. The roads are winding and drop offs steep as one would expect in the mountains. Two towns are within 20 minutes. The larger road is easier and takes you to Sestri Levante where you will find supermarkets and all the shops you could want. But don't miss Moneglia. The road is narrow with lots of turns and some traffic so take your time and use your horn to warn approaching cars for the 8 km run. Moneglia is very pretty and less touristed than surrounding towns. There is a good beach and lots of restaurants. It's a fun place to stroll and enjoy. The train station is in town and gives easy access to all the coastal towns including theCinque Terre. If you want to visit the Ligurian Coast this house is perfect!

Sejour à proximité des cinq terres dans havre de paix

Sur les hauteur de monéglia au calme. Idéalement placé pour accéder aux cinq terres via le train en partant de monéglia simplifie fortement les choses (attention le parking de la gare est payant et ouvre uniquement entre 8h00 et 20h00. Si vous souhaitez partir plutôt ou rentrer plus tard,il faut privilégier le stationnement du centre ville à proximité de la gare ou mieux sur le fronton de la mer sur le bord de la route qui est gratuit)Les propriétaires sont sur place dans la partie inférieure de la location mais la location reste totalement indépendante et sans aucune interaction avec les propriétaires qui sont très accueillants et à l'écoute.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie mit unseren beiden Hunden im Ferienhaus Tina haben wir sehr genossen. Fabio war sehr zuvor- und entgegenkommend. Da unser Pelletofen nicht funktionierte und die untere Wohnung frei war, durften wir den unteren Garten und auch den Wohnraum mit dem wunderbaren offenen Kamin nutzen. So genossen wir den tollen Ausblick zweimal beim Frühstück im Freien und auch bei Regen hatten wir gemütliche und erholsame Tage. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Viele Urlaubsgäste haben schon eigentlich alles verfasst. Ich kann die meisten Aussagen bestätigen. Das Haus ist definitiv für 2 Personen, eventuell für Familie mit Kindern. Es fehlt eine Tür zwischen Erdgeschoss und der ersten Etage. Dadurch hört man alles, was unten oder oben passiert. In dem Inserat gibt es keine Rede darüber, dass unter dem Ferienhaus eine andere Wohnung gibt (das Haus steht am Hang und hat mehrere Etagen). In der zweiten Woche waren da Besucher, die sich leiser verhalten haben. Trotzdem bekommt man alles mit, auch wenn man nicht laut ist. Die Kommunikation mit Fabio war hervorragend! Danke Fabio für Ihre Angagement und Ihre Tipps!!! Jede Kleinigkeit wurde sofort problemlos erledigt. Wir haben schon im Laufe der Zeit viele Häuser in verschiedenen Ländern gemietet aber solchen Gastwirt gab bis jetzt noch nie! Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für die Norddeutscher eine Herausforderung aber nach zwei Tagen hat man das im Griff. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, das beim guten Wetter richtige Erholung bietet. Leider haben wir mit dem Wetter Pech gehabt. Ich kann das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Charmante maison dans un cadre calme et magnifique.

La maison a tout le confort nécessaire dans un environnement calme et d'une grande beauté (la montagne et ses randonnées a 3 km de la mer). Accueil très sympathique de Chiara et Fabio. Surtout bien suivre les indications d'accès envoyées par le propriétaire, car l'accès à la maison est étroit et très pentu et il ne faut pas arriver dans le mauvais sens.On s'habitue vite ensuite.

Alles wunderbar. Netter Vermieter. Auf Anliegen wird unmittelbar eingegangen. Im Online Auftritt sollte ersichtlich sein, dass zwei Häuser aneinandergebaut sind. Es war so ringhörig, dass man sogar den Toilettengang, die Gespräche und das Stühlerücken der anderen Mieter mitbekommen hat.
