The main level includes the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. A large wrap around deck with an outdoor dining table and gas grill is located off the main level. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bath in the hallway next to the kitchen on the main level.
The other two bedrooms are located upstairs; one of which has a king bed, desk and chair, and small private balcony overlooking the lake; the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and garden tub.
The basement has another living area with a pullout queen sleeper sofa, small dining table, and ping pong table. Board games and a gaming console are located downstairs. There is also a half bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are located downstairs in an unfinished room. A covered patio is located off of the the basement as well that leads to the grass area.
Outside there is a bonfire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and market lighting, a designated astroturf lawn game area to play cornhole, kan jam, and other fun games. There are 3 standup paddleboards on the private dock with 2 Adironadack chairs and a swim ladder available for use. A canoe, swim pad, life jackets, and other water toys are available for use.

An electronic smart keypad lock switches codes between each guest.
