A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once paid, this balance is also non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time up to 30 days before your arrival date without incurring the remaining balance.

This is a remarkable property in a magical location. Beautifully maintained with tremendous views. Really enjoyed the close proximity to Lobster Cove and Mooring Chain. Beer lovers will be thrilled that the Monhegan Brewery is just steps away, too.

Absolutely terrific way to soak in Monhegan

If you are familiar with Monhegan accommodations you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here. A clear level above anything else offered on island. I can’t thank the host enough for making these accommodations available. My family enjoyed the comfort and every detail of our stay here!
