This is an old resort that is dirty not maintained. Be careful as they will upcharge you a resort club fee of $40 a night to so called use the pool and the lounge chair by the pool but you still have to pay $10 per chair on their beach. Water and hydro were out for hours, couldnt warm food for my 8month old. They had no back up power sources...did not even offer cold water to drink during this time. Manager disappeared, no answers no nothing. Half the time we were there the water slides were not running. Pool was fine but had to buy pool hats or you werent allowed in. Beach time had to be booked everynight for the day after could not book in advance as ther was limited spots available. Rooms were full of aunts, complained to the front desk but was told it is what it is. Breakfast we had to look for our name that was placed on a table took us 20 mins every morning to find the table with our name on it. If there was any nightly entertainment, we have no idea where or when they started as staff was completely useless.

Ang.

Pessima esperienza!
