Magnificent apartment in Monopoli with double overlooking the sea recently built and recently renovated with 2 bedrooms - 4/6 beds - plus dining area 50m from the beaches with splendid sea view. The first floor apartment of a brand new residential complex is cured in every detail, taking up its typical "sea style" finishes.

The main bedroom, with dedicated sea view, has a double bed; the second bedroom has a double bed. Inside the dining area, a sofa can be used as an additional double bed if necessary. The bathroom is complete with toilet, shower, bidet and sink. The apartment is equipped with: TV (one in each room), washing machine, oven, Nespresso model coffee machine, refrigerator, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is no need to take cars to the sea, availability of free beaches or equipped beaches at 100m from the apartment. Parking place.

Ocean view from balconies. One minute walk to ocean. Clothes washer was an added plus! Interior furnishings were modern, up to date. Lobby and Elevator were clean and nicely designed. Close and easily walkable to Central Old Town, restaurants, shops and markets. Felt very safe no matter time of day. Parking super easy in this modern designed complex.

Pristine Apartment in Great Location

This apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities needed. Besides the apartment being pristine and exactly as depicted in photos, it was in a perfect location. Easily walkable to historic center, beaches, grocery stores, etc. The host was easy to contact and attentive to any needs. I would recommend this property.
