LOI20 – Apt Levante is a first floor apartment located in a recently built condominium in a houses complex far from the historical center, about 2km away from the center of Monopoli. The accommodation has a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, reserved parking space, cooling floor with ducted dehumidifier and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a large veranda for the private use of guests and an external area common to the residential complex. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families and those who have a car and are looking for comfortable, new and functional accommodation for their holiday.

The condominium has a large common outdoor area where there is a children's play area and reserved parking spaces. LOI20 – Apt Levante is located on the first floor and it is accessed via an external staircase or lift.

The house consists of a spacious living room equipped with a double sofa bed and kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and table with chairs. The living room leads to the large veranda, where there is an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners and a storage room with washing machine.

The corridor leads to the sleeping area where we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower.

Overall the apartment did the job for the most part, it was a place for us to sleep but the mattresses were quite hard. The pullout couch was softer than the bed which was disappointing and made sleeping less than ideal. When my group stayed the location of the apartment was not accurate on the listing. The property was actually located approximately 1.7km outside of the main area of town and they are still doing construction on the building surrounding the one the apartment is in so there were no direct walking routes to the beach. We also did not feel comfortable walking along some of the main roads around the hotel so we ended up relying on the car to get to the historic centre of Monopoli. As for the check in process it was much more than I was expecting as there were forms to fill out before arrival and contracts to sign upon arrival. They also got us to write our credit card info on a sheet of paper in case there was damage so that they could charge it. This is not a very secure method of collecting this information and anyone could gain access to it if the paper is lost. Charges for what was considered to be damages were unclear as it seemed any excess garbage or recycling not taken care of in the correct manner could also result in a penalty. Overall I would stay here again if it was the only option but in the future I would choose to stay somewhere closer to central Monopoli (where the hotel was supposed to be located according to the VRBO listing).

Great appartment innlovely city of Monopoli

We were 4 people. Appartment was very modern and nice. Great outdoor space with balcony. Kichten provided all you need for cooking. Location very quiet with own parking lot. We lived staying there and would book again if coming back! Thank you to wepuglia!
