Great property! I booked late in the night when there was only a 1st floor accessibility room. The hotel staff were very kind, but I had some issues with the front desk attendant in terms of speed. It took a really long time to get checked in because she taking a call. Even then, she didn’t seem prepared, not knowing where to get my keycard and struggled to find towels for my room. I tried to indicate that she had taken down my address incorrectly (by this time, she was on another call) and she just told me to hit ‘confirm’ on the screen, so I just gave in and did that. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the bathroom did have a distinct old person smell, which is fine since it was an accessibility room.

The business center that is advertised has a printer that according to staff hasn't had ink for several months. Had sensitive documents that needed printed and was late at night. Staff refused to call neighboring hotels to see if they would allow me to use their business center. Ended up driving to multiple hotels until found one that would let me use there's. Not happy with the level of service from the staff. Also the pool was not operational, so my kid wasn't able to use that.

The first room we checked into had been used as a smoking room. It was a non-smoking room, but obviously people had smoked in it. Took some time before we could get switched to a new room. The second room had a fire alarm that kept chirping (loudly). Very disruptive

Loved the room

Front desk guy when we checked in was super. Only things I found lacking at all were In the bathroom. The lights behind the mirror were very weak and different colors. I could not apply my makeup in there. Water pressure was very low too. That’s it! Loved the room and slept like a baby.

The property has limited staff so it was hard for the front desk to do everything that needed to be done. Floor was wet outside the elevator. The tv remote only could changed the channel and not adjust the volume. I stayed two nights and never had the room cleaned. I guess i had to request that service. On the bright side, i had an issue with the first room i was in. The light fixture in the bathroom flickered. The front desk kindly changed my room. Although all the staff were nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the location and the rooms are dated.
