I accidentally booked wrong dates tried to get it changed but Manger of hotel said no and was rude Your staff tried to help but didn’t get any where with them So. I had to book another room And still had to play for the rooms

Went to Michigan game, was looking for a reasonable priced place around a half hour south of the game and it was perfect. Easy on and off highway. Friendly staff, had issue with door key card and staff fixed within minutes. Clean pool area. Will stay again

The ladies working the check-in desk were both wonderful and helpful. The rooms bedding wasn’t changed. The hotel itself was nice , and I know the management needs to trust their staff to do their jobs but it’s just a shame when staff doesn’t. Probably won’t stay there again The manager the following day was very apologetic and he was genuinely sorry that we had an incident.
