Innenstadt Altbau ohne eigenen Wohnungseingang

Wir waren im September für ein paar Nächte im Erdgeschoss mit Himmelbett. Leider war das Inserat direkt nach unserer Buchung nicht verfügbar, weshalb wir die Bewertung jetzt verfassen.Aufteilung:- kein eigener Erdgeschoss-Wohnungsflur - Mietet man also nur das EG und nicht das ganze Haus, wird man auf dem Weg zur Küche und zum Wohnzimmer den anderen Parteien über den Weg laufen- Ggü. der Treppe zu den anderen Wohnungen befindet sich das Wohnzimmer., am Flurende das Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad, ggü. dessen die Küche. Neben der Küche ist der Keller, in dem über eine steile Altbautreppe der Müll entsorgt wird.- Naturbelassener, eher ungepflegter Garten neben dem Haus (man überquert eine Durchfahrtstraße und nimmt die Treppe)- Super ausgestattete KücheLärm:- Gegenüber der Wohnung war leider eine Baustelle- Altbautypisch sind die Wände eher Dekoration als Lärmschutz- Vor allem in der Souterrain-Küche sind Autos und Kinder deutlich zu hören, da die Straße sich direkt unter den Fenstern befindetSauberkeit:- Bettwäsche und Handtücher top- Küche top- Staub auf Bett, Nachtschrank, Badezimmerschränken- Spinnenweben an Schlaf- und Wohnzimmerdecke- Schimmel in der Bad-lüftung und Kühlschrank ( Gerüche)Lage:- Zwischen zwei Durchfahrtsstraßen am Monschauer StadteingangKommunikation:- Nach Hinweis zum Schimmel kam keine Entschuldigung bzw. kein Angebot, diesen während des Besuchs zu beseitigen- Check-In mit vielen Schlüsseln in kleiner Box, Box-Code in PDF

Schönes historisches Haus, sehr romantisch.

Historisches Haus, stimmig eingerichtet. Knarzende Diele finden wir sehr charmant, kann natürlich auch stören. Allerdings kann man andere Mieter im Eingangsbereich treffen, wenn man das Zimmer wechselt. Ich finde es etwas befremdlich, wenn man nach zwei Nächten 50€ Endreinigung zahlt und gebeten wird die Betten anzuziehen.
