On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the home, centered around an inviting open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. This convivial space flows directly onto a terrace that overlooks the surrounding countryside. Adjacent to it, an open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and also includes a small dining table with direct access to the garden. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.
The upper level hosts all 4 bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 cm in width.
