My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities exceeded expectations, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a print out schedule of the local bus when we inquired about transportation. They even explained to us how it works and showed us exactly which bus to take and where to get off. Breakfast was included, the only thing I was looking for was hot foods for their breakfast options. But I do recognize the possibility that there may have been limited staffing or space. However, there are cafe's near by that we could also go to. Regardless, our stay there was still wonderful and would stay there again due to the service the staff had provided during our stay.

Staff at reception was not very friendly. No smiles. A cold front is the best description. Everything else was good along with the breakfast provided. Excellent location in the walking village of Mont Tremblant. Aside from the cold reception, I would recommend this hotel. Free parking and roughly 5 minutes to walk back to the hotel
