Amazing friendly staff, location is great-right on the pedestrian village. The continental breakfast is very nice to have especially with limited breakfast options close by. Hotel is dated but they do their best to keep it clean.

The property could definitely use a little upgrading. The rooms on the 4th floor are dark and not much of a window to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Leaving from the 4th floor was a nightmare with just 1 functioning elevator. Had to wait almost 1/2 hour to leave the building.
