We arrived at our stay to be greeted by the sheets and towels at the front door, the room had not been vacuumed and the douvet and pillows on the ground. When I tried to call I got through after the 5th attemp being sent to voice mail, the lady on the phone was nice but, I was asked how we got in (this was 4:30 pm on a 4pm check in) details were sent online with a pin for the door which was convenient… I was told the room was not supposed to be ready to be high we were not notified. I was told I’d recieve a call back to which I didn’t, a cleaning crew showed up 30 min later and asked us to leave for 20.
The room was not great, but it had everything needed and was worth it for the cost. The view was fantastic, the fact I was not reached back out to to appologise or discuss the issue was unfortunate. Overall our stay was good, it is unfortunate that the start left a bad taste which continued with the lack of follow up or apology by the company.
That being said I would likely stay in the area again.
