Spacious condo with a view of Lake Tremblant and the Mont-Tremblant ski mountain. Located within walking distance of the Lac Tremblant Beach Club beach and the Mont-Tremblant ski resort and village.

Spacious condo with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room with gas fireplace and large kitchen section with counter. All on the same floor with entrance to the condo at parking level.

Outdoor balcony including table for 4 people.

Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool.
