Bad smell. The units don’t have a window, only a door. Had the door open for over an hour but the smell was still very strong. You should deep clean A.0.6

Horrible check in experience

I am a fan of new concept, however the communication support of this hotel is horrible for unmanned hotel. I have not received check in email, I contacted hotels.com for room number and password, I have been told wrong information and end up standing in 4 degree out door for an hour to wait for the indirect communication between 3 parties. The room is nice, however no heating even I turn to the hottest, it is freezing cold. No one nor a phone contact will assist for emergency needs.

Ainoa puute oli että hotels.com:in lupaama pyykinpesuhuone puuttui. Jouduimme etsimään itsepalvelupesulan.
