Casa del Dago is located in the historic center, a few meters from Piazza del Popolo, the beating heart of the medieval village. The apartment with independent access, located on the first floor, has been completely renovated and cared for in every detail.

Beyond the entrance with a large sofa and wall-mounted TV there is an equipped kitchen, a generous bathroom with shower and a magnificent bedroom where you can rest in the comfortable four-poster bed. The windows overlook the Corso showing one of the most evocative views of the Val d’Orcia. Free wifi is available in the house.

Stunning apartment and wine experience

Montalcino is special for Brunello lovers but this experience was more than that. We got to know Fabio Tassi’s team who run the winery, the local restaurant, the bar, this apartment and the wine tasting bar in the Fortezza. Awesome team, Sara gave us the best wine tour of the vineyard and Sergio taught us more about the top Brunello’s in the region than we thought possible. We highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Montalcino.
