This was such a lovely hotel + Montauk experience! It’s right next to the beach, in a great part of town, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Casual, yet elevated with cute little amenities, like beach chairs and a white noise machine which are such perfect additions. I will absolutely be coming back to this gem of a hotel.

Our room was upstairs with a nice balcony to sit on. Location is excellent, walkable to the beach and town. Sebastian at front desk was very friendly and helpful checking us in, replacing a lamp, and bringing us extra towels. Cleaning staff was always working. Everything was very comfortable, maybe could use a small table in the room, but other than that a perfect beach escape! we'll be back soon!

Pretty typical refurbished motel in a beach town. One block away from beach - five minute walk to get coffee or grab and go type food. Hot water in shower was a bit erratic, as was the wifi.
