Step out the door into the beautiful medieval market town of Montcuq, enjoy the busy Market days twice a week and all the fun of the yearly summer events. Get to know the locals and enjoy the surrounding villages, vineyards and the river Lot. Have a swim in the local swimming lake or explore the Montcuq tower and soak in the stunning surrounding countryside views from the top. Stop off for dinner and cocktails at one of the village restaurants before strolling home through the medieval streets, feeling the history in every step.
When you’ve done all of that, come home for a glass of wine and cheese in the sprawling garden and watch the sun go down. If things get too hot, you can jump in the plunge pool to cool down. Choose from 4 bedrooms, 3 with king sized beds and one with 2 singles, high thread count cotton sheets and fans for hot nights.
