Beautiful air-conditioned cottage, ideal for a romantic weekend or for a family holiday, for 6 people, comfortable, in the middle of large oaks. The outdoor SPA is private; for 2019, it is available from March 7th to November 3rd. The accommodation is located close to the house owners. Not overlooked, it enjoys total independence and is ideal to relax and unwind.

Near Gaillac, ALBI, and Montauban, ideal to discover our beautiful region. Ground of several hectares with wood of chestnuts and oaks, with mushrooms ...
2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160 and one, mezzanine type, with 2 beds in 140), bathroom, washing machine, separate WC, with large bay windows, equipped kitchen, dishwasher , air conditioning, private parking. Internet, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV in the living room and in the room, plancha outside.
A large leisure center (heated swimming pool from April to October) located in Monclar de Quercy (with all commerce) is 4 kilometers from the gite.
You will be able to visit numerous classified villages including Cordes (elected more beautiful village of France in 2014) Bruniquel, Puycelsi, Saint-Antonin, Penne, Saint Cirq Lapopie, but also the city of Albi ), the millenary vineyards of Gaillac, and Montauban.
For the more sporty, you can go down the canyons of the Aveyron (between Saint-Antonin and Penne), but also take advantage of many hiking trails nearby (Famous Forêt de Grésigne).
Many other activities and leisure activities (equestrian center, Circuit des bastides by motorcycle or cars, etc. ..) are also available, we will be able to inform you.
Producers of local products are located not far away, but also, famous local markets, such as that of St Antonin Noble Val, or Caussade are waiting for you.
The owners live in a house next to the Gîte, not overlooked.
Some distances: Gaillac 25kms, Montauban 25 kms, ALBI 45 kms, Toulouse 50 kms.

Had an absolutely great stay in this property. would recommend it to anyone. the house itself is equipped with all the modern conveniences you could ask for including 3 air conditioners .absolutely spotlessly clean and modern.icing on the cake was the private hot tub under the stars . couldn't think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable

Magnifique séjour

Excellente parenthèse de 10 jours au sein d’une belle demeure très bien équipée, en plein calme et située en lisière de forêt. L'endroit dans cette région magnifique est bien isolé mais proche néanmoins de splendides villages à découvrir. Merci à Alexandra et Cyril pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous y reviendrons.

5 jours! Et on repart rechargé à bloc. Séjour nickel d’un calme reposant tout est prévu pour ne manquer de rien Tous les jours les propriétaires passaient pour nettoyer bain suédois et terrasse au besoin sans que jamais nous les entendions ni même les voyions … non seulement je recommande mais sure nous y retournerons ! Séjour très agréable dans cette coquette maison de bois, chaleureuse et accueillante, les tableaux colorés d’Alexandra n’y sont pas pour rien… Point de chute idéal pour visiter cette magnifique région. Séjour magnifique !

Une location parfaite pour découvrir le Tarn et Garonne! Une multitude de villages à découvrir faisant parti des plus beaux villages de France. La maison est moderne, joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé! Super terrasse face à la forêt; un cadre idéal pour se reposer. Le jaccuzi est très appréciable! C’était la première fois qu’on venait dans cette région, et bien nous reviendront! Des vacances de rêves!

Accueil chaleureux et location avec tout le confort et qui, de plus, décorée avec goût. Les propriétaires sont à votre écoute et sont très heureux de vous renseigner sur les lieux à visiter, les petits restaurants et marchés à ne pas manquer. Petit déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse avec comme décor la forêt et le chant des oiseaux. Après une bonne journée de promenade, n'hésitez pas à profiter du jacuzzi surtout à la tombée de la nuit pour regarder les étoiles (c'est magique). Le séjour nous a semblé trop court. En espérant revenir chez vous afin de pouvoir continuer à visiter votre belle région. Christine et Didier

Vacances décidées au dernier moment et on ne regrette pas du tout notre choix. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Cyril et Alexandra qui nous ont fourni toutes les explications nécessaires que ce soit pour le fonctionnement du gîte, du jacuzzi et pour les visites des environs. Concernant le gîte rien à redire, il est fonctionnel, très propre et il ne manque rien (il y avait de quoi faire un petit déjeuner, une bouteille de rosé au frais, des produits ménagers etc..). Le jacuzzi est un plus. Enfin la région est très belle avec nombreux sites à découvrir. Nous recommandons cette location. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont été présents si besoin tout en étant très discrets. Denise, Patrick et Clara

La nature et son calme

Excellente location qui nous a ravis. Nos hôtes demeurent juste à côté mais sont d'une discrétion exemplaire. Le gîte est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le jacuzzi est discrètement situé et accessible à tout moment. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin en matériel est là, il y a deux TV et un grand lit confortable. La région est historiquement très intéressante. On vit au bord de la forêt et on a l'impression d'être dans la canopée. Nous vous conseillons fortement ce gîte.
