In Val di Chiana, this splendid vacation home is located in the immediate vicinity of Monte San Savino, in a quiet area, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation. The house is arranged on several levels and connected by internal stairs. It offers large, well furnished rooms equipped with every comfort. The land around the house, equipped for barbecues or aperitifs in the open air, is perfect for tasting local specialties and allows your children to play and run freely with their four-legged friend. Not to be missed, just 22 km away, is the charming city of Arezzo, rich in history (Arezzo was one of the first Etruscan cities), architecture (there are many basilicas and churches to visit) and valuable works of art by Renaissance artists (including Cimabue and Piero della Francesca). The city is also known for traditional festivals and historical performances, especially the Giostra del Saracino in June and September: the knights of the districts challenge each other by hitting a wooden statue with a spear. Cortona, the main cultural and tourist center of Val di Chiana, is 30 km away and Lake Trasimeno only 40 km. Do not miss a visit by ferry to the islands of Polvese and Maggiore. The area around the lake is also full of trekking or cycling trails.

Belle maison agréable, chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain conforment à la description sur le site de location. Arrivée un peu difficile car maison en dehors de la ville de Monte San Savino et au bout d'un chemin peu fréquenté, mais calme assuré.Les petites critiques seraient sur les équipements à l'extérieur très ordinaires, (pas de chaises longues pourtant en photo sur le site par exemple).Nous étions 8 adultes, les petits appareils électroménagers ne sont pas adaptés (cafetière, grille pain très bas de gamme).Malgré ces petits inconvénients nous avons passé un super séjour au milieu des oliviers et proche de merveilleux sites.
