Great stay and very close to the shops of Monte Verde. I would highly recommend. The receptionist (I met 3) were all very nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and the grounds were well-kept. - Wifi worked well - Hot water and shower worked well - Fireplace in the room was great (although I would move the rug in front of it when lit because embers pop out of it) My only con was the dog they have on the premise which tried to attack me TWICE! Since it is an establishment they shouldn't have an aggressive dog around that will bark at strangers when everyone is stranger.

Great stay, good location across the street from a surprisingly interesting and fun park to walk through. Close enough to the town to walk, many people do. Great service, mostly quiet, and very clean. Well above average breakfast and a nice tea in the afternoon. We used our in-room fireplace on a chilly rainy evening, very romantic. This was not our first time to Monte Verde, but it was our first time staying here. We definitely would stay at this hotel again.

There were 2 receptionist, and one was so sweet and wonderful. The other was not so much. She was not bad just did not seem to care as much as the other. The breakfast was good. Learned that you have to give your key to them so they will come in and clean each day.

Lugar maravilhoso!!!

A pousada é encantadora, super organizada, limpa, com muito verde e flores por toda a parte. Ao chegarmos, fomos super bem recepcionados pelos funcionários e super bem tratados em toda a estadia. Assim que entramos no quarto, já nos encantamos. Super aconchegante, cheiroso e extremamente limpo. Havia roupão, toalhas, sabonete, shampoo e condicionador tudo da melhor qualidade. O café da manhã estava incrível, muitas opções, super organizado. Ficamos encantados com o carinho e capricho, pois, todas as mesas estavam postas e super lindas. Na hora de ir embora, nem queríamos rs. A vontade era de ficar bastante tempo por lá! Obrigada à todos pelo cuidado conosco e nossa estadia. Amamos cada detalhe!
