Esclusiva residenza con piscina situata nel cuore dell`Umbria, a Montecastrilli. Immerso in un paesaggio idilliaco, è l`ideale per chi cerca una fuga dalla routine quotidiana, offrendo un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi.

Il Casale si estende su una superficie di 240 mq e si sviluppa su due piani, arredati in stile rustico che riflette la tradizione architettonica umbra e toscana. Può comodamente ospitare fino a 6 persone, grazie alla presenza di due camere da letto matrimoniali, con una cabina armadio, e una camera con due letti singoli, anch`essa soppalcata e con cabina armadio. Sono presenti inoltre tre bagni, una cucina attrezzata, una sala da pranzo e un ampio soggiorno.

All`esterno, il casale è circondato da un portico di 20 mq e un pergolato di 45 mq, ideali per godersi la vista del giardino o per cenare all`aperto. Gli ospiti possono anche approfittare di un forno esterno per la pizza e un camino per il barbecue, perfetti per serate sotto le stelle.

Il vasto giardino di 15000 mq include un incantevole laghetto ornato da ninfee e fiori di loto, che aggiunge un tocco di serenità all`ambiente.
