The more competitive can challenge each other at table football or billiards, while wellness enthusiasts can keep fit in the small gym with cardio equipment. Children will have an outdoor play area all to themselves complete with a trampoline, while adults can enjoy the pleasure of a pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven or a barbecue dinner under the pergola with a table for breakfast or dinner outdoors. There is also a vegetable garden where you can enjoy fresh produce from the land.

Inside, the villa retains the charm of tradition with spacious interiors, Tuscan-style furnishings, and elegant details. The property is divided into two distinct yet harmoniously connected apartments. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large table that converts into a refined billiards table, as well as an antique piano that still works. The kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is perfect for those who love to cook or wish to host a private chef for an exclusive dining experience.

The three double bedrooms on the ground floor offer maximum comfort, each with its own private bathroom, one of which is particularly accessible (access ramps can be positioned as needed, as well as raised toilet seats and grab bars). On the first floor, two exclusive junior suites, each measuring 50 square meters, complete with a fireplace, study area, refrigerator, smart TV with Sky Calcio subscription included, and a panoramic terrace, guaranteeing an intimate and refined stay. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

Every detail of the villa is designed to offer the perfect balance between luxury and authenticity, allowing guests to experience Tuscany with all their senses. From strolls through the vineyards to dinners under the pergola, every moment spent here will be a precious memory of an unforgettable experience.

Please note that the villa is recommended for groups of up to 10 people. However, there is the possibility (upon request) of adding up to two additional beds free of charge for children up to 12 years old.
These two additional beds (simple camp beds, not suitable for adults) will be located in the larger bedrooms on the upper floor.
If you are a small group of up to 6 people, we will reserve a discounted price of 18.5% for the ground floor portion of the villa with 3 bedrooms (plus living room and kitchen) and we will not make the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor available (which will obviously be closed and not available to anyone).
