This VRBO could not have been better for our family of four. The owner’s communications with us before and during the trip was excellent! They advised us to us URBR throughout our trip and we were so appreciative of that. The taxi drivers will try to tell tourists Uber is illegal, but they are not being honest. This VRBO is a short Uber drive to Progressive Super Market, several beaches, the “hip strip”, and restaurants.The VRBO accommodations were clean, secure, offered plenty of room, and beautiful views of Jamaica!

Getting to Top Bay apt was impossible to find even with the video direction that was outdated as the buildings looked unrecognizable in comparison to the video. They requested a 5 star review immediately but luckily I decided to wait until the end of our time. The apartment is literally in the middle of a ghetto so I would not recommend walking per the listing. Hot water in the second bathroom but none in the shower of the master bathroom (we stayed in apt 4). Property has limited parking that is difficult to navigate out of and I drive for a living, the workers will helped guiding you out if present. TV in the master bedroom didn’t work upon arrival but was replaced. Curtain in the second bedroom literally fell out the wall when I tried opening it and that issue was never fixed even after notifying them and staying 10 days (that was obviously a common issue as there were several sets of holes in the wall). However, my major issue is the fact that Alicia insisted on charging 15 for the use of the washer and dryer although they were listed in the included amenities, stating the fee was implemented after a previous guest “washed 9 loads of laundry”, seeing my displeasure, one of the worker allowed me to use the laundry and then put a lock on it so I was unable to use during the rest of my 10 day stay. I did notice she went and updated the vrbo listing after I complained to add “washer and dryer at a cost” but I had already screenshot original post showing this was included
