Upon arrival I'd booked a double bed, once i got there i was told that they only had a king bed so i was forced to sleep on a couch with no coverings after i requested. I paid for 2 beds not 1. I didn't want to share a bed with a female so i sleep on the couch. No elevators were working so i decided to use the staff elevator. Front desk workers were very rudy. Pool attendants were the best part of my trip. Couldn't get into any of the restaurants on site. Trying to get a cart to go to the marketplace was impossible. Over all I will not return.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the resort. There were staff cleaning all the time. This was an improvement since we were there several years ago. For the most part, staff were friendly & helpful. The palapas by the pool were a welcome addition; unfortunately, they are small & don’t give much shade. The ones on the beach are bigger. We felt the food could be improved. Several restaurants were closed each night. Additionally, you have to reserve a dining time on their app which only offers one slot per time. Out of frustration, we went to the concierge & while she booked us at the only open slot at 9:00/9:30, she made a note in the computer that we would like a 7:00 reservation. We were told to go to the restaurant at 7:00 & they might be able to seat us. When we arrived, most of the tables were empty & we were seated. By the time we finished dining, most tables were occupied.

So sorry but I did not enjoy the food at all. The staff were nice but a bit invasive, I just wanted to relax and if I needed information I would easily contact them, but they would come up now stop and ask the same questions. Pool area always game playing which is ok but I wanted to listen to more music and vibe out, my personal preference.

I enjoyed my stay, I just didn’t like staff calling when I was sleeping, just to say how are you and the knocks on the door when it said do not disturb. And also paying $50 at the end of my stay for an event, I didn’t attend, they said I didn’t cancel, I had too many reservations to know to cancel , I didn’t cancel my dinner reservation but overall I had a great time. They should have a list to check off attendees. One Love ❤️🇯🇲

Beautiful property. Staff was friendly except for the reception area and beach bars.. staff a bit rude there. Did not like that house keeping knocks at door at 9pm to see if we need any thing. That’s way too late! Also heard carts in hallways often through out the night. Refrigerator in room did not work so not able to enjoy cold drinks from it.

Everything was great with the property but the 18 wheelers traveling down the highway on the garden view rooms. And my airport transfer wasn't completed by Expedia from the hotel.

I stayed in this resort from 3/8/25-3/12/25. My husband and I stood in room 25615. It is currently 8:43pm on 3/12/25. At the airport my husband and I realized money was missing from our bags. I know this FOR SURE because I brought my own money and didn’t spend a dime. My husband paid for EVERYTHING! This is extremely upsetting due to the fact that we were lovely to all the employees and tipped every staff member that helped us between $10-$20 USD DAILY! This is highly unacceptable! I have $60USD missing from my money and my husband has $480USD missing from his money. Had your staff not taken the $60 out of my wallet my husband and I would have never noticed that anything was missing. AGAIN, I did not pay for anything during my stay there. My husband paid for everything which confirms that we were robbed at your resort. I did not pull my wallet out of my luggage at all during my stay there. Upon telling my husband about it, he counted his money and was missing $480. There were multiple staff members in our room while we were not there. A cleaning lady and the man who restocks the mini fridge on 3/9, the person who brought the birthday champagne bottle on 3/8, the person who set up the surprise birthday rose petals on our bed while we were at our dinner on 3/11 and probably more! Again, as pleasant stayers and generous people to YOUR staff this is highly unprofessional!

To I ms were spacious and clean. The food was really good for such a large resort. Very relaxing and beautiful resort. We played tennis and the tennis courts surface was slick and the racquets and balls were ancient! It was also challenging to figure out which elevators worked, but we made it into a game so was kind of fun.
