This “Hotel” was an old time share property that was renamed for marketing reasons. Upon checkin it took 30 minutes for staff to figure out our reservation thru Expedia. The property was very dated with bugs crawling on the wall. Silverware and utensils were filthy inside drawers. Not all door closed and locked properly makin safety a real concern in a very questionable neighborhood. You should strongly consider banning this property from your portfolio. We used this room for close proximity to the airport the night before an early flight, but had this been the to for my vacation I would have been very upset. I wasn’t able to sleep at all. And the room and picture in your site weee not even closes. We couldn’t even take a shower the bathroom was so gross. If possible I would like my money back, and I also have picture to back up my claims.
