It wasn’t all bad, but it wasn’t that good

The food was the same every day. I have better Jamaican food in the United States then I had on the resort.. the further you go to the beach, you start losing access to the Internet. To leave off the resort cause way too much money it was only two of us and they wanted $80 there and $80 back that’s $160 US dollars Uber is way more cheaper which I found out the last day that they have Uber there and it is cheaper. No one tells you about Uber. They only tell you to get a driver. The resort is nice, but the rooms definitely need to be upgraded. They charge too much money to have those outdated rooms. And the walls are so thin you can hear the people next-door talking everything there is super expensive. I took pictures for none of my birthday and paid $300 for a package and they airdrop the pictures to me. They didn’t even print out pictures. Yes, they came out nice I truly only want four pictures which they told me would be $25 plus tax for each picture but at the seeing a pictures, we decided to get the package because it would be more cheaper. The jerk chicken is nothing but grilled chicken and you add jerk sauce. They’re not seasoning that chicken with jerk the peas and rice. You can’t even taste the coconut milk in it you have to add a lot of salt to it to get a good taste from it. I’m definitely not looking forward to going back.
The pictures we took the night of my birthday they was nice but $300 for 20 pictures Air drop to your phone was way too much
This is the mini bar that they restock once a day they gave you beer, soda, water & orange juice
This the cabana that I rented $169 is yours from 9am o’clock to 6pm they give you a cooler with water sodas, and a bottle of wine (PROSECCO) I did get a lot of rest
The mud massage 20 minutes or ATV while you go down the river Falls they want $205 per person and the mud massage is only for women so for me and my husband it would be $410 for 20 minutes mud massage 3 hours trips

Food was terrible starved for 5days bed was so uncomfortable poor communication cheap liquor no top shelf alcohol. Julio (bartender) was the best part of our trip he was amazing attentive, communicative if I could I would bring him back to the states amazing guy . I’ll never visit again though sadly was a huge waste of money . Worst trip ever .

Loved the resort! Room was clean. Bathroom has a separate tub/shower and closet toilet. Plenty of food and drinks. Lots of chairs by the beach and pool. Each restaurant I tried waw really good. Nice mix of quiet time and activities. There's hot tubs outside and one inside the spa. The spa also had a cold plunge. The spa massages are on the expensive side, but the massage was really nice.

The Hyatt Zilara is the first all inclusive I have been to where the food was good all the way around. They have different restaurants (Italian, Asian, Caribbean, etc) we were able to book dinner at after check in. The gym is massive, and they hold several different classes daily. The property is shared with Hyatt Ziva which is the family portion, they also have another pool over there as well. The beach is plot into three sections, the water was clear but there was also lots of seaweed on different days. The only real con I experienced was paying for an oceanfront room and it turned out to be more of a pool facing room where you could see a peak of the ocean through the trees. All in all, I would go back! While there we also saw people celebrating weddings, birthdays, and special events with set ups in different parts of the hotel.

Did not feel like the entertainment was catered to adults. Closing the lounge at 12am. We are adults, not children with curfews. More entertainment by the pool area. Different Restaurants had mostly the same menu.
