My stay was great honestly. Food was great, staff was lovely. Only issue is the ATM wouldn’t work for me because it kept saying the location was Florida (really wanted to tip a few people that made my stay enjoyable)

The staff was so rude. They were out of so many items at the restaurants, including tomatoes, mustard, okra, and any other items. There were red stains on the sheets and pillows and they would not take it seriously. They did not even come and retrieve the stained sheets. I took pictures. Their bathrooms in the restaurants have no a/c or proper ventilation so you almost faint from the heat. They don’t tell you that you cannot visit all the restaurants unless you Pay extra. They don’t explain that it is a family side and a private side. The good restaurants are not on the family side. They will not let you on the other side and will rudely and aggressively escort you off. I already expressed my concerns with Annikey and Vanessa guest services supervisor and they did not seem concern so no need to get on here and respond as if you are concerned because the whole world is looking. I would NEVER stay here again. I did not feel SAFE. It was OVERPRICED and their horrible staff ruined my trip.

This was my second time with Ocean coral. I was disappointed this time around. On October 19,2025, I had placed a “Do not disturb “ sign on the door knob and I left the premises for a few hrs. When I got back, to my surprise, my room was made and one of my new shirts was missing. I saw it the first day we got to the hotel and after that day I couldn’t find the shirt. I was very upset that I had placed a “do not disturb “ sign on the knob and someone still came in regardless to make the room. After this incident, I don’t think I will be going back.

loved the whole experience except for the ppl trying to sell us vacation homes, I don’t know if they read from the same script but they start you with they’re going to give you a complimentary breakfast for the anniversary of the resort. I heard the same story while vacationing in DR. It’s an all inclusive I don’t need complimentary. My husband and i put our foot down and realized we were not having it. Other than that we had a great time. Food was on point from the buffet to the specialty restaurants will definitely be coming to this hotel again.
