Overall, my family and I had a really great vacation at Ocean Coral Spring. I feel like there was always something to do during the day and night, which is not always true at other resorts. My son and husband are water babies so the pool, waterpark, and lazy river were ideal. My son had a great time bowling on the property as well. Loved the pool view we had, and the room was spacious and clean! Was not a fan of some locals bringing the horses on the beach as they pooped in the water and left the turds floating near children swimming - it made me get out of the ocean quickly. The rocks and seaweed at the shoreline were also not appealing. In regards to dining, Sugar Cane and Red Snapper were my absolute favorite restaurants! They served the best food! Besides food needing to be a lil warmer at Jamaican Grill, I enjoyed mostly everything I ate. It was my husband’s birthday so they put up a banner on our door and left a birthday cake in the room, which both he and my son enjoyed. Overall, great vacation, would recommend to other families!

I HAD A GREAT STAY OVERALL SOME OF THE STAFF SEEMED A BIT MOODY BUT I WAS THERE TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND WASNT LETTING THAT EFFECT MY STAY , RESORT WAS GREAT MY ROOM WAS GREAT & ALSO THE DOOR MAN WAS THE BEST STAFF ALSO THE BARTENDERS WERE GREAT !!! THE HOT TUB IN MY ROOM WAS VERY HOT I LOVED IT OVERALL ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND HAD A GREAT STAY AND WILL COME AGAIN !

The good: Nice property. Grounds are beautiful and the beach and pool areas are very nice. Bad: it was very difficult to get a reservation on the Japanese restaurant. You need to go online between 8am and 3m. By 8:03am all reservations were done. Ugly: the service. Although there were pockets of staff that were friendly and helpful, the majority are not - customer service is not what there are there for. Not sure what the attitude towards tourists was, but I wasn’t alone on that. Heard the same from other families staying. I doubt we will come back. We rather go where we feel welcomed and important, like Mexico or Dominican Rwpublic.

The property, including pool and beach, is beautiful. The pool is huge. Beach is small but well maintained. Hard to find open chairs on the beach or at the pool until later in the afternoon. The food was decent, plentiful, and enough variety for a 3-4 day stay. The 2 reservations-only restaurants were not extraordinary so if you can't get reservations, don't worry, you're not missing out. Bowling alley was cool. Turf tennis courts were fun. Non alcoholic cocktails taste better than the alcoholic version. Expect to tip everywhere for everything. The dancers at end of the show stand at the doors of the theater with a tip bucket as you exit, for example. Most of the staff don't look that happy.

Mediocre, food and service at best experience. While the place is advertised beautifully the property is in need of some serious renovations. As soon as we got to the room my son went to get in the swing and it fell out of the ceiling. They came and repaired by putting a small nut at the base of the chain. I told them the refrigerator wasn’t working and they say it was just because we had just arrived so we were expected to drink hot drinks our first day because it never came on. They replaced it the next day after having to call again. We had 3 beach chairs for of 11at the beach and we were asked by staff to give up one because other people needed a chair because one of our seats was not being occupied at the moment. The Lastly we booked with the water-sports company on their property they allow to walk around and advertise to people. Which they later said was an independent contractor for parasailing and jetboat cars. They canceled our parasailing excursion so we asked for our refund. They gave me the run around for two days before even allowing me to attempt to collect my refund. I have now left the property and am out of $478 dollar with not response from the company even after being assured my money would be returned the same day we canceled. Upon check out I was asked how was my stay and I reshared all of my concerned they receptionist said “okay I’ll be sure to write it down” cut off our wristbands and handed our exit slip to me and proceeded to the next guest.

Ocean Coral Spring is a fantastic all-inclusive resort that caters well to both families and adults looking for relaxation and entertainment. Family-Friendly: The resort is great for kids, with plenty of activities, a kids’ club, and a spacious pool area that keeps young ones entertained. Dining Options: The food selection is diverse, with multiple restaurants offering a range of cuisines to suit different tastes. Whether you're craving international dishes, local Jamaican flavors, or a quick snack, there’s something for everyone. Entertainment: While the resort is family-friendly, it also has a vibrant adult entertainment scene, including live music, themed nights, and bars with a lively atmosphere. Service & Staff: The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any needs. They also provide excellent support for booking local sightseeing tours, making it easy to explore beyond the resort. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The property is well-maintained, with clean rooms and public spaces that enhance the overall experience. Overall, Ocean Coral Spring strikes a great balance between relaxation, fun, and hospitality, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking for an all-inclusive getaway.

Our stay at Ocean Coral Spring was unfortunately underwhelming and did not meet our expectations. The food was a major letdown. Breakfast and lunch were bland, and lacked variety, with even the fruit being dull and flavorless—a surprising disappointment for a Caribbean destination. While dinner was the best meal of the day (e.g., Blue Moon and Sugar Cane), it still felt average at most restaurants. The only truly enjoyable breakfast was our last, at the Red Snapper, where we finally had some flavorful local dishes. Service throughout the resort was disheartening. Many staff members appeared unhappy, rarely smiled, and did not make an effort to assist guests. Simple requests, like asking for a glass of water, were often met with what felt like reluctance or resentment, which put a damper on the experience. The condition of our room also left much to be desired. There were visible stains on the couch and outdoor swing cushions, making us uncomfortable using the furniture. Additionally, the entranceway floor was warped, preventing the door from fully opening—something we were shocked had not been addressed before assigning the room to guests. Overall, while the resort had potential, the lack of attention to guest experience, poor food quality, disengaged staff, and room maintenance issues made for a disappointing stay. We had hoped for a memorable anniversary trip, but unfortunately, Ocean Coral Beach fell far short of delivering the experience we expected.
