Overall, the resort is a good option for families, especially if you're traveling with children. There are plenty of amenities to keep kids entertained, including bowling, virtual reality games, a family lounge, and movie theaters with different shows throughout the day. However, there were several drawbacks that impacted our stay. For an all-inclusive resort, I was disappointed by the $25 surcharge for room service after 10 PM. That felt unnecessary and inconvenient. We also had issues with our room—specifically, the shower. It took three separate complaints before we were finally moved to a new room the following day. Considering the property only opened in 2019, the upkeep was surprisingly poor. The furniture, tiles, fixtures, and doors seemed cheap and already worn down, which gave the resort a less polished feel. The beach on the family side isn’t swimmable, which was another letdown. I was told the adult-only side does have swimmable areas, but that didn’t help us as a family with kids. As for the food—it was just okay. The rice and beans were dry, the jerk chicken lacked flavor and moisture, and the coco bread was underwhelming (I’ve honestly had better in the States). The staff, for the most part, was friendly and accommodating. But by the end of our 5-day stay, you could tell some of them were a bit burnt out. One major concern was the lifeguard at the kids’ pool—he was more focused on chatting with friends than watching the pool. Hopefully, that was just a one-

My family loved the resort. We did not want to leave. The staff was so friendly and amazing. The food options were great, even the buffets. The beach was a few steps away from our room. The swim up bars in the lazy River and pool were great. The bartenders were not holding back and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Overall a 10 out of 10! We can’t wait to come back to Jamaica and stay at Ocean Coral again!

Room service was also frustrating — I asked for clean towels a couple of times and the staff were rude and acted like it was a big inconvenience. Not the kind of service you expect at a resort. The food was just okay — nothing special and often repetitive. Some of the à la carte options were better, but the buffet got boring fast. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the money and I would not stay here again unless they improve the rooms and train the staff better.

Property was great good use of the area very big pool very big kids pool lazy river is good. The beach was good. The rooms were crap even after the upgrade the bathroom smelled the room service didn’t have time set to clean the rooms. The front manager do tend to question you on if you are lying no do not disturb sign privilege was not so privilege. I think Expedia should really add more pics of the room and not just keep old pics. No soap or lotion was they for extra privilege that they said only basic lotion and shower gel that is it. The picture I have attached is at privilege lounge.

It was a beautiful resort. The rooms were very nice and the variety of restaurants were appreciated. I would definitely recommend getting reservations for the Sakura restaurant. Alex was Fantastic and thoroughly entertained us while preparing our food.
