I liked the bowling, the showtime entertainment, the lazy river is therapy, and the pool is large with a swim up bar. I liked that the deepest part was 3 feet, so even peiple who cant swim can more around in it. The palce is also beautifil so i was able to get alot of photos. I got a Juinor suites it was amazing, the toilet and shower has their own door. There are two face basin and a hot tub included. On the porch there is a "hammock chair". The smell in the lobby is breathtaking. The also have real icecream- tasted like Devon house. I celebrated my birthday and they put a birthday strip on the door plus a little with happy birthday was left in the room.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ocean Coral Springs is hands down the WORST excuse for a “resort” I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online, it’s all smoke and mirrors. The reality is filth, incompetence, and straight-up disrespect. First off, ROACHES. Yes, actual roaches crawling around like they paid for an all-inclusive package. Nothing kills the vibe of a vacation faster than watching bugs scurry across your room like they own the place. And if that wasn’t enough, my friend had her perfume stolen out of room 1112. Stolen. Imagine paying thousands for a stay only to have staff rummage through your things and take whatever they feel like. Unbelievable. The buffet? Horrible. Calling it “food” is being generous. Everything was cold, bland, and served like they were doing you a favor. And good luck getting a drink, you’ll have to ask at least three times, and maybe, just maybe, they’ll finally bring one. Service here moves slower than molasses in January. And let’s talk about the lack of basic hospitality. No greeting when you arrive, no “have a good day” when you leave, just blank stares like you’re inconveniencing them by existing. At a so-called “resort,” that’s pathetic. Don’t waste your valuable time & money staying here! LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!

Extremely Disappointing Stay, Lacked in service! We recently stayed at the Ocean Cora in Jamaica, and sadly, it was a major letdown. Despite paying a premium for our stay, the service and overall experience fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, our room had several issues: a broken phone and an incredibly uncomfortable bed that my back was touching springs. We spoke with Mr. Weston, the Manager, who promised to resolve everything and offered a voucher for a future stay. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the voucher, nor did any of the issues get addressed. The restaurant experience was equally frustrating. We made reservations, only to be told the restaurant was "full" even when it wasn’t. Anothnight, we arrived at the Italian restaurant, only to find it closed without any prior notice. When I asked if we could eat elsewhere,I was told everything else was "full" though that clearly wasn’t the case. Most activities and restaurants were closed between 3-5 pm, which severely limited our options. The food at the Jamaican Grill was also disappointing, always long lines, and they frequently ran out of jerk chicken by the time you reached the counter. The staff, unfortunately, lacked professionalism, and the overall attitude was unwelcoming, as if we were an inconvenience rather than guests. It was clear there was no one overseeing food and beverage operations, staff even mentioned there was no manager in charge. Not a good experience overall!

The staff is very friendly I love it there they have a very nice staff available. The price is definitely worth it and you will most definitely get your moneys worth. Trust me, this was a very good experience and I love it there 💓💓💓🙌🙏😍🎊🎉 My son really enjoy his birthday and the stay at Ocean Carol spring

Beautiful resort great for families staff was friendly and helpful my daughter loved the water park area and lazy pool was a fight to get her out .. loved the food in all restaurants , live band was good , I would just say that the resort need more entertainment as far as the lil shows /live entertainment for the kids because the kids don’t get the live band that’s boring for them I loved it but at that part my daughters just wanted to go back in room . I would def book again

This is my 3rd stay at Ocean Coral Spring and likely not the last. The resort is clean, hotel staff are friendly and accommodating where needed. The resort is beautiful, has great rooms and room service and amazing food options. We had a few small issues come up during our stay, and the hotel staff were able to quickly resolve any issues we faced. We will definitely be back again, thank you for the amazing stay! This Sept
