The property was a good size where everything was relatively close. The beach was a little on the small side and there were panhandlers right on the edge of the property but they mostly kept to themselves and did not enter resort property. The beach had some rocks in the water and areas of seaweed. The property was mostly clean, as were the rooms. The showers were not great. I’m not convinced they were wiped down or cleaned the entire duration of the stay. The food was good. The restaurants were easy to get reservations for and a lot of the wait staff was super friendly. There were also a few standout bartenders who were friendly and talkative. The staff in the coffee shop seemed to be a little grumpy and rude and some of the staff in the shops were a little too pushy and aggressive on the sales. The lazy river seemed a little dirty and there were not enough tubes for the amount of people using it. The slides were really geared towards smaller kids. My 10 year old went on them once and was not impressed. The area had lots of little kids who were mostly unsupervised and going down the slides without any kind of organization or direction. Overall, I’d recommend the resort. It seemed to be of good value for the price paid.

The uniqueness of Ocean Coral Springs, are, the staff, dinning options, entertainments, amazing and different taste meals from a variety of cultural restaurants with their own flavours and taste., My room(bigger than my apartment 😭)had all the amenities, but the icing on the cake is the maps of Jamaica and Port Royal over the bed with fully loaded information about my country(took pics)hope you don't mind. It started off with a bad experience at this hotel from the booking to the checkout. Sheree, Paula-gay , Nicole and the male waiter at red snapper- i cant remember his name- thank you for making my experience memorable. The hotel offers daily activities which are awesome and very engaging-Yea mon. The process to get a towel is overwhelming. Everyone should be able to get a towel without having to manage a towel card. As for my room, the first day i got there the bed, sofa and sitting chair all were wet. There were roaches baby roaches in my room. I called about it and nothing was done. They lack communication. The food was okay, transportation is expensive, some of the rep at the front desk were very rude. Even at the restaurants, just rude. The bed was not as comfortable as i would have expected for the amount of money that i spent there. The property is beautiful. They have a 24hour gym and a coffee shop that has the best hot chocolate. The lazy river is the best Im not sure if i would choose this location again for my vacationing needs because it was stressful. I paid $63 international charge just to speak to someone at the hotel regarding my reservation- which wasn't resolved. From the people that attempted to make it a memorable vacation you are appreciated. I wont be coming back to this hotel. And make sure to review your booking via expedia before you finalize anything because they dont accommodate and will make you go thru hoops after taking your money.

I would expect more from new hotel, finish trims and caulking around bathtub made me stay away. Terrible smell from shower drain. other than that room was ok. We got sweet spot in the middle of the building so close to beach and pool and close to restaurants. Crowded place, line everywhere you go except Diners. Breakfast was bad, same thing every day. Not much of choices on day 3rd was sick of menu, but that is not worse thing If you get to buffet after 8am shelfs were empty. Empty plates on the display made me wonder what was on them. Forget about getting a banana for kids after 8am. So go to sleep early. Favoritism for natives noticeable. Was told by lifeguard that adults cant go down with their kids on water slide and that's a rule. While parents with better tan than mine went down the slide like it was their back yard. Beach small and full of vegetation don't expect to much from it. Nice size pool, clean and maintained to pay for the beach. Lunch was ok. Diner options I would give 5star rating. Good entertainment system.

The butlers are the worse Randell was the only one that made sure I had a great time and my housekeeper she was awesome but the rest ugh change them I only got a restock on my mini bar when I text making reservation with butler service was stressful but we did enjoy our time thank you got the experience

Hotel room air condition had problem. Even after reporting issue to hotel and Expedia representative on site issue was not resolved or different room was offered. There other issues in the accommodation and restaurant thali closed most of the days in week.

Activities for children was great. Dinning area martha bae and red snapper service and food was great especially. Room I stayed at 1207 need maintenance I had to call about a drawer and the ceiling fan that was shaking could've been a danger falling on me or my son. Guest service response was great called them and they took care of it along with cleaning service constantly keep forgetting to put bag towels and wash rags smdh
