I enjoyed my trip because nothing beats being away from home HOWEVER, the staff is extremely rude. I lost count on the amount of times I’ve received an attitude from their staff members. It got to a point I became extremely fed up. I’m an extremely polite person but even I have a breaking point. I got cut off in the middle of me speaking by one of their staff member which left my jaw dropped. The response she gave me was out of line and did not even answer the question I was trying to ask but instead dismissed me. The food made me sick. The only restaurant that did not make me sick was the hibachi restaurant. That restaurant is delicious. I highly recommend eating there. So take it from me, if you want to pay to receive an attitude and get sick from their food by all means come here.

We waited 2 1/2 hours to have a room ready for us to check in after a day of traveling and bags in hand. Then staff made it seem like they were accommodating by offering special breakfast arrangements and towels by the pool but in reality it was baiting to get us to listen to a sales pitch

The shows in the evening were great! We especially loved the steal drum band. The rooms were nice and clean. Pool and lazy river were so much fun! The only negative comment I have is that our door knob was malfunctioning. Long story short, it took us four days of issues to finally get security to come fix it. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip

This is our second time visiting the property as we were happy with our first visit and we were not disappointed. The staff is very caring, attentive and always smiling. We certainly will be back soon.

This property was beautiful. There are multiple restaurant and entertainment areas. The rooms are very pretty, but a lot of stuff were broken. If you are booking this hotel make sure you book the privilage package online because if you upgrade at the resort you will not get the full amenities of the upgrade. With the privilage package you are assigned a butler, I never met my butler and was refused a bathrobe. The room service took long and they explained that i was not entitled to turndown of my room every day. I had a stained pillow. There were a lot of other things that went wrong. The hotel does not play much music. Overall the hotel is gorgeous and some of the people were nice. Expect people to try to sell you weed on the premise. The hotel does not allow any dining anywhere in bathing suit (cover ups are not allowed in dining areas) which is a little inconvenient being that you are in a resort with pools and a beach. In my opinion, the hotel is worth visiting, but do not recommend the privilege package because it is not worth it. It takes too long to get top shelf liquor, and you can only get it in 1 place.

It was my first time to Jamaica and I brought my 14yr old daughter with me. We had so much fun. I contacted the resort for transportation and they sent AJ. He set the vibes and energy for the entire trip! They had many different food options and all the staff were super polite and friendly. Nick and Miguel at the pool bar were so fun! The gym was good and I had the equipment to complete my normal workout routines. Lots of props to take photos at and the resort has a photographer on staff as well. There are multiple different activities available on the resort to do. I do wish they had more tubes for the lazy river as there were never any available when we went. Rooms were clean and well stocked. I loved the balcony swing. I recommend this resort well on Jamaica and I hope to return sooner than later

Had a comfortable stay. Some staff is good and trained well, other staff is not and always looks for tips. Tipping culture is big time in this resort! If you tip, you get good service and if not, you are at their mercy. Rooms were well furnished and good views but cleaners did not clean so well, had to remind the reception to get our room cleaned twice during the stay. Kids club is good and staff is good but do not have a lot planned for the day. Entertainment is good as compared to other resorts we have had stayed at but can be better. No dearth of dining options. Food is good and Mike coffee is the best. Kids had a blast with ice cream and pool.

This resort was beautiful. Right on the ocean, well kept property. I had a decent to okay time during my stay. I was there celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The staff were nice and somewhat informative. On the first day we were picked by a staff member that made us feel like we were specifically picked and invited to what sounded like we were going to have a V.I.P breakfast and tour of the resort on our 2nd day. Come to find out they do it to each guess at the resort. However, one thing I didn’t like is that on the 2nd day there it felt like we were being pushed to purchase a membership that sounded like a good deal however I wasn’t interested in getting a membership at the time. The staff had my girlfriend and I for hours on her birthday pushing us and trying to get us to purchase a membership that we probably wouldn’t use or be able to use. We had expressed that it was her birthday so there wasn’t a reason for them to try and keep us for hours pushing us to buy anything. We were told that we would have something sent to our room as complimentary to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday which I had to keep calling guest services to get what we were told we’d have sent to our room. There was a maintenance issue in our room and I had to call about 4 times to finally have someone show up to fix the problem. Also the dining was okay I wish they had more options of dining and activities to do around the resort. Honestly I don’t think I’d be coming back to this resort for a stay.

The checking in at the front desk was extremely slow. The staff appears to lack experience of the process. The exchange of JA$168..00 to .US$1.00 is a ripoff. Why the price gouging.T.he exchange rate at the bank on the date of checking in was JA$156.50 to US1.00.

The staff at Ocean Coral Spring were phenomenal. On arrival i was greeted by many staff members and always asked through my trip if there was anything i needed help with and how my stay was going. The rooms were beautiful and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. There is always something to do at this resort so even if you decide not to leave and explore Jamaica you’ll have a great time. I enjoyed the food at every restaurant, but soent most of my time at Martha’s Market which is a buffet style restaurant with so many options. Monique was a great help constantly keeping me updated with what events and shows were being held that day at the resort . She checked on me everyday to make sure i had everything i needed. There was another older gentleman who greets you upon arrival and i forgot his name, but his energy is so welcoming that after you read this message , if you get to meet him i’m sure you’ll know exactly who it is. I’m not one for going to the same place twice as there is so much world to explore, but i loved this place and am excited to go back in 2026
