Our butler was great, the property was beautiful too. The food was really good, especially for an all inclusive. Downside of this resort is definitely the staff, the waiters (women) we’re rude as ever! Doesn’t seem to like to do their jobs and will go back and forth. Your food definitely will come with a side of attitude. We were “privilege” and didn’t feel very privileged in the restaurants, not even the privilege restaurant/lounge, only when it came to our personal butler. All in all, I would recommend privilege if you’re booking here because the personal butler alone makes it worth the small price difference.

Very nice resort, shorter walk from rooms to dining/activities. Wish they had a longer beach to walk. Activities planned around the pool all day which was nice. Good they have a separate kids pool with a waterpark. But when I wanted to go in the waterslide, I was stopped saying its only for kids. I do want to have fun with my kids. Food was really yumm in all restaurants. Martha's market buffet was good, was able to give food to kids anytime they were hungry. Only thing wish they had more tropical fruits, I was hoping they will have but was disappointed. Also not much options for dessert, I was craving for chocolates in the night. They have an ice cream place which unfortunately not open late nights. Overall, had a good experience.

My room was clean, staff was very nice, it was easy to book excursions outside the resort and every time we left the resort the security kept track of where went and who our transportation was so that made me feel safe.

We booked an ocean front privilege suite and the first room they put us in had a broken canopy (no longer attached to the wall my 2 year old son was able to completely move it to the point that the whole thing looked like it would come apart) the couch was also full of stains and the stopper for the jacuzzi had a rusty pointy nail sticking out of it and also no swing on the balcony (which was advertised). They did move us to the room next door, still had issues but was better than the last room so we chose to not keep complaining since it seemed like this would be the best they could do. All the privilege areas by both the beach and pool were never available so for our entire stay we were barely able to lounge by either the pool or beach because nothing was ever available even in the regular areas. We definitely felt like we wasted our money getting the privilege access because nothing was privilege about our entire stay. Even checking out was difficult. We had a tight turnaround to get to the airport and noticed the privilege checkout was busy so I tried to check out in the regular line since it was empty and they would not let me until I kept going back and forth with them about how we have to leave soon and I’ve already been waiting for 25 minute. They eventually let me check out there but it genuinely should not have been that difficult. Ultimately not the 2nd birthday trip that I was expecting for my son.

I like that they had a hookah bar and the habachi spot had good food. (Good food is limited at this resort) I didn’t like the fact that the staff was not friendly or as helpful as they should have been. I didn’t like the fact that I thought I was paying to staying at a all inclusive resort but only things that were including was not worth

I really liked the property size! It wasn't so big that you missed doing everything it had to offer. The daily entertainers and entertainment by the pool is the best! Great for families with children of all ages and the food was tasty! We will definitely be returning to Ocean Coral Springs! Loved the rooms and the nest swing chair on the balcony was an awesome touch!

Great Staycation

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Great variety of social activities and entertainment. We especially loved the virtual reality experience.

Ive been here multiple times before and rated it 5 stars. People are great. Paid for oceanfront privelege, got jerk front and vendor city view. Minibar wasnt refilled at all except for one day when I called 7 times. Buffet was scraps daily. Canceled next booking already preconfirmed. Sad.
