The food was delicious plus the variety was impressive. The restaurant picazen was also good. The service impeccable. the staff was fun, friendly and respectful. The beautiful beach I enjoyed every second ever minute every hour. The nightly entertainment the sports bar dj the bartenders the towel guys the waitors the welcome staff .the chef..will be back in 6 months

The food selection was horrible. The room were dirty. I had items missing from my room. Everyone is trying to make money off of you including the cab options. Everyone that went to this wedding. We all came back home sick with cold because of how dirty this hotel is.

They would not let me and my sister stay there. They scammed me and kept my money. They charged me cash to stay a night u til the next day when I was told we had to leave. They tried getting me to pay again in cash. It was a Big SCAM. Do not stay at this property. The management are scammers. I left because we were treated so poorly when we arrived and were told we had no reservation when we prepared months in advance. No one refunded my money.

The sheet and the pillowcase was dirty. people were smoking in the lobby, dot good. The foods was good \excellent, The landscape, beautiful and the front desk staff, very polite and respectful.

Even though I got there early, I had to wait until about 5:PM for my room. Each time I approached the desk was told my room was not yet ready. My son was with me, began to say that he was not coming back. Furthermore, this trip was the 4th for this year. As a registered RIU member, better courtesy should have been extended to us!

Definitely recommend five star for sure the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner five star for sure Service five star for sure resort five star for sure beautiful beach nice pool pools swim up bar waterslides on part of the resort so much fun all the employees very respectful, kind loving, and helpful. Put on a great show at the neon party. Rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of space.

First I need to say, the staff were wonderful! We didn’t have any issues with the staff, they were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The resort itself gave bad vibes, food was horrible, we had a cockroach run across our table while eating breakfast. Every single morning, like clock work, 6am the banging started. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the water would change from hot to cold out of nowhere. Couldn’t wait to go home!
