Wow. Just wow! From the incredibly accommodating staff who took such good care of my partner and I, to the spacious room with a beautiful view, I have no other words except wow. The food was incredible and once I found out that this luxurious hotel was Jamaican owned well it all made sense! I loved the touche’s of Jamaican culture all throughout the property and the warmth of all the staff members we encountered just took things over the top. I am a guest for life and I cannot see myself staying anywhere else when I return to the island! Cannot wait to visit your Kingston property. Thanks again for such an incredible stay!

This was an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, the pool was clean and beautiful, the beach was amazing and the views from the rooms were remarkable. Andre at the front desk was very helpful and Ricardo was the best waiter!! Food was excellent. My only complaint was that drinks offered for beach service were limited. You can get anything you want at the bar by the pool, but not on the beach. Highly recommend Jamaica in general and SHotel. Wonderful place.

My stay at S Hotel Jamaica was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the friendly staff, who made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. One of the highlights of my stay was the food—every meal was delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes that truly captured the essence of Jamaican cuisine. The drinks were equally impressive, consistently well-made and refreshing. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hip Strip, making it easy to explore local shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, Doctor’s Cave Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Montego Bay, is just steps away, offering crystal-clear water and soft sand. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern and stylish décor throughout the building. The pool area was always well-maintained, and I never had trouble finding a chair to relax in. Evenings at S Hotel were lively and entertaining, thanks to the live music and performances that added to the vibrant atmosphere. Another great feature was the transportation service to and from the airport, which was reliable and fairly priced. This made getting to the hotel and back a hassle-free experience. Overall, S Hotel Jamaica exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a hotel with great food, drinks, entertainment, and a prime location, this is definitely the place to stay! I would absolutely return.

We really enjoyed the views, the property, and food. The beach service was great. However, I was very disappointed about the number of reviews praising this location. It started from the driver who picked us up and complained about the new hotel management, Donald Trump and how boring tourist are now. Then check in was delayed by about 40min. I went to celebrate an anniversary with my SO and the overall staff in the property/drivers (to and from the airport) seemed unhappy and some even rolled their eyes after getting our dinner order. Only one server from the dinner reservations actually smiled and made our couple of nights (Radeka I believe) and few of the buffet staff. We were able to get everything we asked for but I felt like if you didn’t ask you didn’t get served. For example, we paid for the spas couple massage. We weren’t given a tour (once we left saw tea and sitting room which would have been a great opportunity to offer a paying guest), explained what was included in our spa package (complementary private 30min sauna/hot tub - we had to ask), or asked how we would like our massages. Another example, being a gold member of Expedia the room comes with a bottle of wine. Upon check-in we were told we would get the bottle sent to the room that day. A day later after dinner we had to go to the lobby and ask about it. The phone line was busy and the wine was delivered after we asked about it. We enjoyed our stay, but it could have better. Overall 6.5-7 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our stay at S hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful and the food was excellent The beach is very nice and it’s a short drive from the airport

The only thing I liked was the room This hotel is totally OVERPRICED for what you get .’in my 30 years of traveling all inclusive was 24 hours of course limited after midnight is expected, but to shut down at midnight !!? That’s crazy … the facility tries with ancient decors like Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff statues And other quaint statues but does not fit for the type of hotel they are trying to portray (5 star) it’s priced at a 5 star but it’s not more 3 star.The food is VERY limited and poor taste … Beach access is a tiny space for about 20 people all crumbled up together… I would NOT book this hotel ever again Even if the dropped the price

The S Hotel workers need to be recognized because they are exceptional and make this hotel worth the stay. Deondra (the manager) - you promised you would read this review and recognize these hard working individuals. I hope you keep your promise because this was a long and detailed review of my experience with the employees. Thank you! At the pool bar: First and foremost - Delroy. What a professional. Went out of his way to make us comfortable and happy. Paid attention to detail and never had to ask him for anything. Was always there when we needed something - I joked with him and asked if he had a tracker on us. More importantly, he is a great person. Easy to talk to, kind and genuine. Good bartender. Needless to say he is now a friend. The S Hotel is lucky to have him represent their brand. Also at the pool bar are the hardest working wait staff. Attentive but never overbearing. Knew exactly what we wanted and needed. Smiled through the long and very hot walks back and forth to the beach to bring us whatever we asked for. Saskia, Orel, Mikayla and Tony the lifeguard- (who does a little bit of everything). Rahyme a.k.a GOVERNMENT! True professionals and cool people. Thank you - my new IG friends! Aladdin behind the grill! His chicken was delicious and made with love. He worked so hard to make ALL the food served at the pool mostly by himself. He had a medium sized fan to cool him off behind that hot grill in that hot sun and he never complained. Such a sweetheart! Ch
