Surprise Graduation Trip

Write on behalf of my husband. No food. Mint tea for free. Coffee ( not decaf ) you had to pay for. It wasn’t expensive . There was a microwave and a little fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and clean. Just needed a bit of paint bit of TLC. It served its purpose.He bought takeaway food from the town centre brought it back and stored it in the fridge for breakfast the next day. All the staff were nice. He got a bus to the town centre and a taxi back in the night. He was only there for a 3 out of 4 nights. His trip was a surprise for his daughter who was graduating from university on the Sunday.

This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever encountered in my life. They’re false advertising breakfast available and it’s not, NO BREAKFAST, they’re selling food for you to buy, if you want tea you get the cup from them behind the cage a the hot water from the water machine, iron you have to ask them for everything. …Tv in the room didn’t work. The place needs a complete face lift. The place looks like a cheap run down motel.” The woman at the front desk has an attitude as if your not spending your money..NEVER AGAIN..let’s say for $59 per night it was not even worth that.

Last resort of a resort. A bed & a shower

Whoever works in the evening and weekends is not customer oriented at all. Absolutely not for tourists unless your budget is limited. The bathroom door couldn’t close because it is cheap and swollen. The shower curtain was too short. The towels and rags were clean and fresh ones were given when asked. The pool was dirty, nit with garbage or debris, but murky like lacking circulation and ventilation of the water. Worked at a festival happening the weekend and came in after 5 am. At 10 am when we asked for the complimentary tea, we were told tea stops serving at 9 am daily. Ridiculous! The customer service is very poor and lacking. There was only a used tissue in the room that was 3/4 finished. The cable was worse than antenna signal. The Wifi doesn’t work. The kitchenette doesn’t have a pipe. There was a mini fridge in the room. The cleaners and security are friendly and helpful. Only stay if all other options are exhausted. Last resort of a resort
