This private villa, at your exclusive use, is set in the countrside adjacent to a park lined with pine trees and olive groves makes this house a perfect location to unwind and enjoy everything the area has to offer. In the Terni province and close to Monteleone D'Orvieto where you can explore the local restaurants and shops. Close to the Tuscany border offers you even more places to visit.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance hall with frescos, tiled floor leading into the small lounge area with comfortable sofas, dining area with dining table and chairs. Kitchen with table and chairs, cooker with hob and dishwasher. Steps leading to the upper floor (mid level) with twin bedroom, bathroom with small tub and toilet.
