Lovely home in Montélimar with kitchen

This comfortable villa is situated on an enclosed garden plot in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the town centre. The terraces, which are partly covered and pleasantly shady, partly open and sun-drenched, open out onto a lawn where individual trees provide welcome shade. A pool, which is fenced in for security, rounds off the wonderful outdoor area together with the summer kitchen. Montélimar, the capital of nougat, is a lively town between the Massif du Vercors and the Monts d'Ardèche. Here it welcomes you surrounded by the Valdaine, a plain where corn, lavender and almond trees are caressed by the many rays of sunshine. In addition to medieval villages such as Allan, Puygiron, Sauzet, La Laupie, Savasse and Marsanne, the marvellous landscape along a multitude of marked hiking trails is waiting to be discovered by you. The owner's 2 cats also live on the property.

Une semaine tranquille

Une maison qui est restée fraîche la nuit même si elle n est pas climatisée. Nous avons apprécié les siestes à l ombre du magnifique cèdre et notre petit-fils a bien profité du portique. Nous avons organisé tous nos repas et nos soirées à la cuisine d été qui est bien équipée. Quelques bémols : la piscine était cependant un peu trop fraîche, 20 degrés, et trop à l ombre pour permettre les baignades à toute heure... c est dommage. Les trains de marchandise ont bercé les nuits des plus sensibles d entre nous au bruit. Petite précision qui ne figure pas dans l annonce : les serviettes de toilette et les torchons ne sont pas fournis.
