Beautiful part of a two-family house, completely surrounded by nature and by vineyards, in the spectacular area of Monferrato, in a strategic position to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The green hills are home to villages and valleys to explore, ideal for those who want a break from the stressful daily life. The large outdoor area of the house is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and thermal oven where you can dine outside while your children have fun in the play area. The nearest town is Tortona (17 km). Genoa with its beautiful aquarium and ancient port is 70 km away. (Alessandria / Asti) Monferrato 40 km. Montemagno (60 km) is a village composed of twelve parts and is one of the "Castelli Aperti" (open castles) of the Piedmont region.
