Pet Friendly & Affordable

I’ve stayed at laurel inn more than once due to family being out there & I must say this time around it was much better than before. They seem to have upgraded stuff in the bathroom making it a better stay & more comfortable experience. The front desk was great although we had asked for extra towels & they never came but over it was a nice stay. I will for sure continue booking at the laurel inn. My favorite thing about this hotel is that they are pet friendly. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your property. I had reserved a room two weeks in advance, clearly selecting a room with [two beds or whatever the correct room type was], and I received a confirmation email with an image reflecting that room type. However, upon check-in, I was told that only rooms with one bed were available. Despite showing my confirmation number and image of the room I had booked, the front desk agent did not offer an apology or make any effort to resolve the issue. I was simply told, “In my system, it shows one bed,” with no further assistance or consideration. This is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. At the very least, I expected an apology and a sincere attempt to accommodate the reservation I made in good faith. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the reservation system issue and the lack of customer service I experienced.

Would not stay there again. 2 nights were too many. The carpet was filthy when walked on bare footed turning them black. Knobs missing on all furniture. The pool was broke but the picture on the website was beautiful. The toilet ran. Thin walls. Puck on the outside stairs we used along with on the lot where you walk to the office. Staff was fine but one had no knowledge of the process of not staying the whole time to not be charged. Straightened out when we followed his directions with the next days staff that knew the actual process. Would not recommend.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing, he was very friendly and struck up a conversation with me while checking in and he is the only reason Id give a 5 star rating for this place. He was great. However, The room for the price i paid of almost $170 was disgusting. I chose not to go back to the front desk and ask the nice man for a different room because I didnt want to make it a big deal and be that kind of guest however room 216 on the 2nd floor in the corner at this place should not be given out to guests at its current condition. The floor had dirt and pieces of some unknown things all over it like it hadnt been vacuumed in a long time, then in the bathroom/sink area im assuming there was supposed to be a PTAC AC/heating unit that was previously removed but not replaced because there was a giant OPEN hole with exposed electrical wires and when I say open, we could see directly outside to the back of the hotel from the 2nd floor room we were given with a wire backing that didnt do anything. We could even see people walking in the back of the hotel from the massive opening from the bed. Because of the massive opening the outside noise was terrible. There was an unopened new electrical plug and elctrical outlet casing on the sink just left there like someone was supposed to change them out but never did and just left them there. The tv didnt work and every channel we tried was nothing but static no matter what we tried. Guest service +5, room was a solid -10.

Stay away from this place. It’s dirty, the toilet had mold in it, the outlets don’t work, and the pool was GREEN. The staff is super nice but this place is horrible.

I hooks suite room for the night, suite room carpet was dirtly like disgusting. TV wasn't working at first. Couches were dirty and derbies on it. There was weirded smell was coking out. My wife saw cockroach and spiders, I also witness spider. Toilet bowls were shaking when sit on it. The worse part when I went to the bed room for sleep, I notice there was very proment blood stain by the closet. I took picture and showed to to receptionist. Receptionist didn't have another suite but offer me to the standard room. So, I moved to downgrade standard room for the price of Suite and standard room didn't have carpet which was good but bathroom towlet bowel was shaking, I saw spider and hair on the bed sheet.
